Tasty experience

Delicious experience
We enjoyed the food in the famous Victor Hugo Market along with the new friends we made but it was especially delightful thanks to our knowledgeable guide, Tania! She answered all our questions with passion from her experience with the area. One highlight was seeing the renowned chocolatier, Xavier, in his element!

A Must Do tour in Toulouse
This is a must do tour while visiting Toulouse. If you’re lucky enough to get Ally as your tour guide, you won’t be disappointed. She guided us efficiently and effortlessly through the market while explaining all the unique culinary offerings in this region of France. We enjoyed sampling so many delicious foods ranging from baguettes, pastries, cheese, chocolates, meats etc. The wine was also amazing. It was a fun experience!!!

Great food tour and guide
The food tour of the Victor Hugo Market was spectacular. We visited numerous spots within the market and surrounding streets, and the food was simply among the best I had in France. Moreover, our guide, Jenn, took the time to explain many of the nuances of the cuisine of Toulouse and of France itself. She also shared her knowledge of Toulouse and its history. She was entertaining and informative, making this one of the best food tours I have ever taken. I highly recommend this tour

Exceptional Tour
Our tour with Jenn was outstanding! Her enthusiasm for food, wine, and all things French helped us to understand and appreciate the culture as well as the food. She was knowledgeable and personable. Taste of Toulouse - A visit to the Market
Wonderful experience with our guide Ally. She explained the history and culture of the market and the trends of going back to whole and natural foods. It is fascinating to see the reality of meat production and the utilization of all parts of the animal. We started with morning with a cappuccino and chocolatine, sampled some dried meats and the local treat of candied violets. Ended the tour with bottles of red and white wine and samples of our treats gathered along the tour. Thank you for this wonderful state of Toulouse
