Driving through Cairo's streets is a real adventure, but we had an excellent driver, Mr. Hassan, who is a great example of defensive driving and made us feel very safe throughout our journeys.

Great Saqqara and Giza Tour
We had a great tour of Saqqara and Giza with Yasser. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in slow, easy-to-understand English.
He also helped us adjust the itinerary efficiently because of the summer heat, and everything went smoothly and on time. The Tomb of Idut was a particularly nice surprise, with beautifully preserved wall paintings.
We also stopped at a carpet shop along the way. There was no pressure to buy anything, and it was interesting to see the children’s impressive weaving skills.
Yasser was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout the sightseeing. We really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend him.

Nasser made this trip the best!
We spent two full days in Cairo with Nasser on a private tour, and I genuinely cannot fault a single part of the experience. From the moment we met him, it was clear we were in extremely capable hands.
Nasser is exceptionally knowledgeable, whatever question you ask, he has the answer. His understanding of Egyptian history, culture, and modern life is impressive, but what really stood out was his passion. He doesn’t just recite facts; he clearly loves his country and brings its history to life in a way that feels natural and engaging.
At the Grand Egyptian Museum, he tailored the visit perfectly and made sure we saw the highlights like Tutankhamun without overwhelming us as we were fairly tired after a long day.
What also set him apart was how well he handled everything around us. Cairo can be intense, but Nasser navigated it effortlessly. He knew exactly who to trust, who to avoid, and protected us from any potential scams without us even having to think about it. We always felt completely safe and looked after.
He went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. We were short on cash at times, and he would quietly cover things upfront and didn’t even bother counting when we paid him back later — that level of trust says a lot about his character. He’s outgoing, confident, and clearly respected by the locals.
When he noticed how much we enjoyed the camel rides, he arranged something extra special — even organising for a horse to rear while we were riding for some incredible photos. Speaking of photos, he took loads for us and made sure we left with amazing memories captured properly.
Nasser combines deep knowledge, professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for his clients. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting Cairo — couples, families, or solo travellers. If you want a guide who is passionate, trustworthy, and completely on your side, he’s the one.

Tour Guide: Nasser
Nasser was an amazing tour guide. He picked us up from our accommodation, showed us the best views of Egypt, brought us to very nice shops and even got us snacks. He made sure we felt comfortable and safe as well. I highly recommend booking with Nasser, he is a great man.

Best tour EVER!
Went on this tour with some study abroad friends. It is my first time in Egypt and this was an unforgettable experience. Tours were fantastic and Nasser made sure to answer every single one of my questions. I have had a lovely time and highly recommend to anyone visiting Egypt. Thank you Nasser!

Nasser is the best

The Pyramids with narrated history
Nasser has an amazing knowledge of Egyptian history and is capable of translating to English well.
He loves to take photos and treated us like the king and queen of Egypt. The pyramids, Sphinx and temples are simply extraordinary feats of human endeavour.

Wonderful tour of Giza and saqqara
I and my wife booked a tour of pyramids, sphinx, memphis and saqqara with egypt direct tours company and we are very satisfied with the service, guiding and the program. Our guide Mr. Naser arrived punctually at our hotel. Our driver Hasan was very kind and attentive driver. He drove the minibus which was in a very condition with great care. Our guide Mr. Naser gave us detailed information. He gave us enough time to enjoy the sites and thanks to his experience that we didn't wait in any lines anywhere. I recommend very highly Our driver Hasan and Our guide Naser to everybody who wants to do the cairo day tour. The staff of egypt direct tour company is very professional as well.
