Communication with the company the day/night before the tour was terrible. Our pickup location was simply listed as “Al Haram, Giza” rather than our hotel or a specific pickup point, which left us scrambling to find out where we were actually supposed to be picked up. It was also very difficult to get in contact with anyone. Phone calls went unanswered, and messages received little more than a thumbs-up response. Eventually, everything was sorted and confirmed, but the communication beforehand definitely needs improvement. However, the disappointment with the pre-tour communication was completely outweighed by how excellent the actual tour was. Our tour guide, Mohamed Sobhi, and our driver, Dessouky, arrived at exactly 8:00 AM as arranged. Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable throughout the day and did an excellent job explaining everything and making the experience enjoyable. We were also offered optional opportunities to visit places selling oils, papyrus and carpets, but these were presented as options rather than something we were pressured into doing. Overall, the actual tour itself was excellent, and Mohamed Sobhi and Dessouky did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend the tour based on the experience itself. The only area that really needs improvement is the communication and organisation before the tour.

We highly recommend Emo Tours and especially Mohamed Hamed to anyone visiting Egypt. This was not just a tour — it was a memorable and personal experience we will never forget.

I booked a tour of the Giza Pyramids, Memphis, and Saqqara through EMO Tours, and overall, it was a great experience thanks to our wonderful driver. Our driver was incredibly kind and spoke good English, which made the trip very comfortable. A huge plus was that he even took the initiative to guide us through the Giza Pyramids himself, providing great insights and help. We really appreciated his hospitality and effort to make our day special. However, the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the administrative side of EMO Tours. The confirmation process was quite slow, and the communication on WhatsApp was a bit chaotic. I had to talk to multiple different people to finalize the details, which was confusing and hard to keep track of. If they can streamline their office communication and speed up the confirmation process, it would be a perfect 5-star service. I highly recommend the tour itself for the quality of the field staff!

Mohammed is an excellent guide and explained The Aswan Dam and The Philae Temple History very well. He is a go to person when you are at Aswan

Our guide Rania was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledgeable, patient, funny and took lots of photos to help us remember the day. We wish we took a photo with her! We strongly recommend this if you’re wanting a special experience.

A different world to Cairo is a delight to get lost in the old Shopping center. The pyramids are a separate world that forgets everything. Felluca and the Nile are worth trying ❤️

Another incredible tour offered by EMO tours, the driver and guide were both professional and knowledgeable, with plenty of insider knowledge. We were able to enter the great pyramid before many of the other tourists, with only a few people inside we were able to get some amazing photos. The buffet lunch was delicious and would be impossible to leave feeling hungry!

Very good tour, it was a very fun experience and we enjoyed it very much as a family. Guide Omaeir was very nice to us and has a great knowledge about Egyptian history. 10/10
