This ended up being a smaller group tour, which was fine with me! Learning about the area and getting some hot chocolate and a beanie was fun. Loved making stroopwaffle at the end, was a surprising treat!

I only could participate in part of the walk. I tried to cancel 24 hrs ahead but I didn’t get a call back. My Father took a fall in Friday morning and wasn’t going to be able to walk for 2 hours. I arrived Sat to Dam square for the walk but ended up having to leave to care for my father.
Guide took so much time with our tiny group. He brought Amsterdam to life through the centuries. Answered all our questions. Thoroughly loved the tour and especially our guide.
Very positive experience, we visited the city carefully and our guide Giovanni explained all the places visited clearly and punctually, appearing friendly and courteous.

Fun and informative walking tour of Amsterdam. Great introduction on our first day to get our bearings and to fight off jet lag. Pieter was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and funny. He was able to answer a lot of questions about history and everyday life in the Netherlands. Would highly recommend the tour.
