Providing an enjoyable experience for all our customers is our top priority, and it’s disheartening to hear that we have fallen short in that regard. We are sorry to hear that your tour was cut short and that you had to return to the dock early. We can also understand why it would be frustrating to not hear the host very well. Although we truly appreciate the idea, it is unfortunately not possible to introduce sound systems on a lot of our boats as it is not allowed to play amplified sounds on the canals of Amsterdam. We truly apologise for the inconvenience and will address how we can be more transparent with the experiences we offer.
