Do NOT use this taxi service it's a total rip off that charges you TWICE the usual rate. They are a middle man, not a taxi service. We were staying at the Abba Sants Hotel and they had a link to this company on their website to book taxis. We needed a ride to the airport so I filled out a form requesting a car big enough to carry 4 passengers and 8 pieces of luggage. I was promised a "deluxe mini van" at a rate of 86 euros which had to be paid in advance. What showed up was a Free Now taxi with a hatchback! Four people barely fit and the luggage was a disaster. We had to ride to the airport with some of the smaller suitcases piled around us and on our knees. When I told the taxi driver how much we were charged he was amazed. When we pulled up at the terminal he showed me his meter: the amount that was to be paid to him was just under 40 euros! Presumably Book Taxi Barcelona pocketed the rest.

We didn’t want to stress about flagging a taxi or grappling with luggage on the bus or train. Was it more expensive? Yes. But for us, worth it to know we would have a taxi picking us up and dropping us off at time locations and time specified.

Great communication and easy to use service. We were a family group of 3 adults needing an early morning transfer from a private residence outside of central Barcelona. It was easy to book online. The price was the same as the taxi we took from the airport at the beginning of our trip. We received a reminder the night before by text and email and again an hour before pick up, including the phone number of our taxi driver. He phoned us when he was on his way. The driver was charming and took us on the fastest route, avoiding a traffic jam. We highly recommend using this service for private transfer to or from El Prat Airport.

Supposed to be executive car transfer but we were picked up in a taxi. You should not advertise it as executive transfer service if it is a taxi service.

Price goes easily up: 1, When paying with card ( had to in our case) 2, Being late ( taxi waited on another place than agreed) Paid 49,58 euro for FORT TRANSIT 5 peoples? Secure nice Pakistan taxi driver by the way. Keep you informed about the refund I 've asked.... Regards, Peter

Driver was on time, personable and put us at ease. I e had nothing but pleasant experiences with viator and will highly recommended it to my friends, colleagues and family!

We booked this months in advance as a special service to be sure that we would get to the airport on time, and they almost made us miss our flight. The taxi was late and when we called they put us on hold for almost 20 minutes and when they got back on, they said it could be another 10 to 15 minutes. I told them that will make us miss our flight and that we needed wheelchair assistance and had to get to the airport. Only then did they send out a taxi immediately.

Our ride didn’t show up and we needed to find other transportation. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would like a total refund in the manor it was paid.

Unfortunately, although we changed our pickup time (and my travel agent confirmed) to be picked up half an hour earlier due to race traffic in Barcelona, the message was not relayed to the taxi service and we had to call a cab last minute. We have yet to receive a refund.

Quick & comfortable way to get to the airport. Driver was on time and helpful in pointing us in the right direction at the airport.
