Perfect in every way possible. She tailored the tour to our particular family interests. Very personable, kind, entertaining, knowledgeably, and energetic. I felt like she took care of us as if we were her family. She’s very sharp minded in a thoughtful way that is infectious.

Six stars if I could! Tim is such a great man - knowledge, kind, caring, and fun! Incredible guide, safe driver and very thoughtful. The family - 5 of us (16, 15, 8), had such a great time on the tour, and Tim made things so much fun, entertaining and a great learning experience for us all. We had a day trip from Paris to London and Black Taxi Tour accommodated our group and met us at the train station. Our guide was Gary and was EXCELLENT!
