What a fantastic way to see the highlights of London. Stuart was amazing. We saw what we wanted to see and so much more. The commentary was great and gave us such insight into the history and story behind so much of what we saw. Stuart took great care to ensure my mum was comfortable and looked after as well. Absolutely amazing! My family and I had been to London a few times but never done a tour. 1000% recommend even if you have been to London before. Saw so many places and learned so many things we would’ve never known before.

It really can’t be called a black taxi experience. All the black cabs are covered in advertisements. It’s a very basic tour of the Westminster area. If you have plans to see Big Ben or Westminster Abbey or any parts of this area, skip this tour. It would be redundant. It was pouring rain. So the windows fog up. Driver can’t control the weather but tour should be canceled when you can’t see out the windows or get out and take photos. Also, omit the personal politics. I’m interested in the country’s politics but not my tour guide’s so much.

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip with Michael. Communication and the booking of our trip was easy via email. Michael communicated with us as our flight landed and promptly met us for pick up. He immediately engaged our energy level and interests for the tour after a long overnight flight and catered the trip to our requests. Michael was a wealth of history and knowledge and his information and suggestions guided us throughout the 3 days of our trip. He offered stops and photo opportunities along the trip. Michael even responded after our trip to a question and provided additional information. Of note, during conversation he asked our professions and upon learning I was a nurse, he took me by the Florence Nightingale museum/gift shop which was such a personal added touch. Do not hesitate to book this very professional service. We were so pleased that we did. Getting a personal car pick up and private tour of a vast city is absolutely the way to start your trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to London. Our 2-hr city tour guide, Stuart, made this very enjoyable. Stuart's quick wit, along with his impressive local knowledge, photography skills, flexibility, and patience with my constant request to keep the windows open. The cab's air conditioning wasn't cool enough for me. It was 75° and muggy that day. Stuart soon realized how much we love seeing the beautiful, architecturally detailed, old buildings and drove past so many. My recommendation... request Stuart for your guide!!

Great tour! Stuart was personable, accommodating and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it was raining all morning but Stuart and we made the best of it. We saw the major sights and Stuart knew the history & background of all the stops. He made sure we got photos and had a good time. I recommend this tour and Stuart.
