Nat’elierと一緒に、リスボンの中心部にある本物のプロのキッチンでパステル・デ・ナタのマスタークラスを体験してください。 パティシエの1人のガイドのもと、すべてのゲストにとって親しみやすく、楽しく、やりがいのある体験になるようデザインされた歓迎的な環境で、経験がなくても伝統的な方法を段階的に学んでいきます。 クラスを通して、ポルトガルを代表するお菓子をゼロから準備し、明確なガイダンスとプロのテクニックで各ステージを邁進していきます。 パティシエは全員、ナテリエールのパティシエ長であり、共同創業者であり、5代目のパン職人でもあるジョアン・バタリャシェフの訓練を受け、一貫した本格的な体験が約束されています。 ベーキングの後は、お席に座って、作ったパステ・ド・ナタをどうぞ。 また、レッスン後にレシピがメールで届くので、自宅でも安心して再現できます。

Sergio is the best!!! It was super fun and I learned a lot! Our pastries were delicious. I can’t wait to make them again at home.
This cooking class was exactly what we wanted! My partner and I love baking and getting to make our own pastel de nata’s in Lisbon was fab. The class was fun and informative. Luh was a great instructor and made the group feel comfortable and relaxed. The class was a great length and value for money. Would highly recommend!
This was a lot of fun. We got to make 3 Pastel de Nata but there was more than enough waste where we could have made 5 each. That would be a nice addition and make the value for the money a true 5. What we made were delicious. I would suggest providing a printed copy of the recipe with step-by-step pictures at the end of the tour. The emailed copy could use some improvement and does not print out well. I would have loved to purchase their kit. but getting it into my luggage was not feasible. Maybe you could provide the book that comes with the kit as part of the experience.

Professional, fun, informative, clean and friendly. Luh was an exceptionally good teacher, her experience as a chef shone through and by the end of the class we had all made delicious and tasty Pastel de nata. I highly recommend this cooking experience. We were a class of ten. We worked in pairs and had great fun. The workspace is air-conditioned and very comfortable. By the end of the two hours we had not only baked exceptional pastel de nata, but also made some great friends. Thank you.
Such a great experience making the scrumptious dessert. We each made three, ate one at the bakery and the other two the next morning for breakfast.
Highly recommend this hands on and fun class. The instructor paid attention to each participant like they were the only one there…very impressive. And of course the pasteis de nata tasted so delicious
We had a great time in the masterclass. We learned a lot (and even made the dough from scratch). The result, so our Pastels, tasted amazing. There is a slight hint of lemon in the custard. Love it!
What a fun experience. The chef was funny and gave great instructions. I have zero cooking experience and made great pastries!
