The reservation was made and on the day in question we attempted to get an exact meeting location starting at about an hour before pickup. It was at that time we realized the booking had no company name or a working telephone number listed. We then contacted Viator who advised us of a company name but had the same non working telephone number. We were then advised we would receive an email update that never arrived. The pickup time then came and went as we then took other avenues to reach the airport to catch our flight. While in route to the airport we did receive a call from the driver of the scheduled shuttle advising us that he was on the way but he was running late. It was then we advised him he could cancel the service due to the listed reasons.
This is by far the best option hands down for shuttle service to and from the airport in HNL. Even with airline delays they worked with us to arrive at the airport when we needed them . The service to the airport from the hotel was top notch. The drivers were both very professional and super friendly. I can’t give a high enough recommendation.
Great service- but if you are getting picked up at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, you have to go to the bus terminal- which isn’t explicitly shared. That said, when I called, the driver did wait for us! Overall great service!
When I booked my pickup for the Hilton Hawaiian Village, I entered specific details on how to get to the Grand Waikikian lobby pickup area. These instructions were ignored and the driver was 45 minutes late. I talked to the driver 3 times on the phone and he finally arrived on the wrong side of the building. It was a disappointing experience. The driver was friendly.
Viator- We are very dissatisfied. We were not picked up at our hotel, Hilton Hawaiian Village on June 16, 2026. I called your office and was told by a very rude, discourteous, female agent, that we, were not scheduled for pick up from our hotel to the airport. I paid for shuttle transportation to our hotel on June 11, 2026, and back to the airport on June 16, 2026. Our Confirmed: Viator Booking No. is: 1388436435 for two adults at $29.98. I called this number to confirm our pickup from the Hilton Grand Vacation hotel Waikiki for 8:00 am. Please refund the confirmed funds, $39.98 for the second portion of our two-way travel as described above.
My driver never showed up or contacted me. I had to get an Uber to the airport. I do not recommend this service to anyone
We had the same driver for our arrival and our departure! He was very kind and asked us how our trip was.
Fast and easy. Driver friendly
There were some communication difficulties. First, it was NOT clear where we were to get picked up for our shuttle to the airport on May 20, 2026. We had to call several times and were put to different people with no clear address of pick up location. They should have told us “bus terminal”. Then, they called us and thought it was a 2 pm pickup when it was clearly marked 3 pm on our ticket. Lastly, we were finally picked up at 4:15 pm after the other driver had vehicle problems. And the driver never called to tell us. I only found out after calling the company several times.
He contacted me prior to boarding to made sure I was ready and in the right waiting area. Much appreciated. On time and very helpful.
