Not dependable
Bad Service. Never Showed up wouldn't answer phone. Could have missed flight to airport. Worst experience booked through Viator and the wouldn't answer phone for them either had to get a refund and get an Uber.

Pickup On time, got to...
Pickup On time, got to the airport on time. That was the goal. The driver asked one sentence which was what airline we were flying on. We paid for the ride to the airport which was completed. We didn’t pay for conversation but a pleasant hello would have been nice. He didn’t appear to be happy driving.

Airport Transport
Driver was on time and also loaded our luggage. Highly recommend Viator and this is our 2nd trip to Honolulu this year and used the same service both ways and had no pick up problems.
