I requested a quiet driver and with high AC level. I got exactly what I requested. The driver was waiting by the arrival gate, with my name signage, he took my luggage and walked us to the van, drove us directly from the airport to the hotel. The entire transaction was so smooth and fast, we arrived at the hotel at 830am! It was amazing! Highly recommend this experience! Our driver was great!

We booked a private transfer from the airport to our hotel in the Marina Bay Area through Viator, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! The company was fantastic in keeping us informed using WhatsApp, introducing themselves and confirming all the details. They shared the driver's information as our pick-up time approached. On the day of our ride, the driver texted to let us know his location, making it super easy to find him at the airport. The car was clean and roomy. Steven was not only a skilled and professional driver but also very friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed some great conversation along the way, and he shared some interesting insights about the area.
