My driver was excellent- very comfortable and great air conditioning! He was friendly and communicated with me before the prompt pickup! He provided me with some excellent ideas of places to visit in Singapore for my short visit! Some excellent advice from a local resident!

The driver was waiting for us, he was well dressed and very helpful. He gave us a tour of the city before dropping us off at the Ritz. He was wonderful.

Make sure if you are going to book this you only have bags of 24 inches only or smaller which is about a carry on . We booked for 5 adults travelling internationally, it said 5 bags , which is what we had , 3 x 25 inch, 2 the next size up and we had 4 carry on size back packs and one ord small hard carry on. We didn’t nearly fit and 2 people had to get a separate taxi to the hotel . Then there was then not cancelling one booking and sending a second . Really check the details . Would have been cheaper just to take 2 taxis

Terrible service . I called this morning to make sure my parents were being collected as booked - I was told my booking did not exist. I called again and was told the same thing - I want a full refund

Flight was early so we had to wait. Otherwise no problems at all. Apparently a limo ride requires another 35 characters to describe, so.

Terrible service did not do what was requested by the customer. What is stated as part of their customer service is just talk.
