Beautiful views and relaxing experience not far from Lisbon as a day trip from Lisbon. Our guide Rui was amazing. Very polite, courteous and professional. If you want an amazing experience request for Rui.

Gui was our driver and guide. We had great conversations and learned a lot of Portugese history during the drive. We had enough time at each place that we didn't feel rushed, and it was a good way for us to see a bit of the country beyond Lisbon. The views from Monsaraz are spectacular.
Visited the beautiful town of Evora. Really enjoyed the Chapel of Bones. Monsaraz was gorgeous with stunning views. Fabulous lunch. Great day all round.
This was a wonderful tour. I especially enjoyed the town of Monsaraz. My guide, Rui, was fantastic. He was very accommodating with my interests and was knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour. I would definitely book another tour with Rui.
Evora and Monsaraz is a travel back in time centuries to imagine and experience if only a bit of life then. It's amazing to see how these villages have existed for so many centuries. Our tour guide Rui was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to tell us of its history and how residents live nowadays. My mother uses a walker and Rui was very helpful in making the experience as easy as possible for her.
Guide was extremely knowledgeable about both Evora and Monsaraz. He gave us detailed explanations of the history as well as interesting fun facts and cultural highlights. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for the uniquely Portuguese perspective.
Well-organized, smooth day trip. Joao was knowledgeable, pace felt right, and Monsaraz views were a highlight. Went with friends—definitely worth it if you want an easy trip from Lisbon.

My husband and I went on a private tour and our host was Joao. He was very personable and we enjoyed the experience very much! We never felt rushed and he explained everything very well. He gave us a lot of information but also gave us great conversation not even related to the tour during the car ride. I had injured my knee the night before and the pharmacies around us were closed at the time our ride started. Joao was so kind to find a pharmacy on the way to our first stop so that I could buy a knee sleeve/brace. It made a world of difference! The tour itself was exactly as described and we had a lot of fun taking pictures and learning about the history. We highly recommend this tour!!
