Don’t trust them, they will ruin your whole plans because they cancel last minute that you can’t rebook on your schedule day. I asked so many time to confirm and they keep confirming . They also keep asking me to send my passport and I did what they said . I also tell them I only have one full day in hurghada to do this activity 2 weeks ahead and they keep confirm that they can until 3 hours before the pick up time . This is my first negative feedback ơn Viator . I write this so no one will be in my position any more . Good bless people with good heart , honest and integrity.

Bad
The night before the planned activity, I was called late at night and apped saying that there was no more space available. This while we had to be ready for departure at 04:30 according to the instructions. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and stress for us.
In addition, I contacted your organization at 03:40 to get clarity. Unfortunately, I only got a response late, and communication was anything but helpful. I have not received answers to several questions I asked.
We had to get up especially early and adjust our schedule for this trip, which ultimately did not happen due to mistakes on your part. We find this unacceptable.

Great tour but spoiled by the local tour operator. Payment for excellence but delivery of service below average.
Great tour to avail, but it all depends on who is the local tour operator ......... mostly manipulated adversely and additional charges applied at many stages or plan changed to make the trip much cheaper than the original payment as made originally.
Payment and promise was for mini bus with hotel pick up from Sarl Hasheesh at 4:30 AM but 15 Euro was charged for pick up at 3:45 AM and we were boarded on to a big bus not so luxurious either and to start it 4:00AM itself.
We were taken to the valley of queens instead of the valley of kings without refunding my ticket price for it. At last i was dropped at Senzo Mall instead of Sarl Hasheesh, had to book a cab for my return to the hotel.
Series of un necessary communication and negotiations with the local tour providers spoils the whole planning rather than making such trip signature or memorable or hassle free.

Trip to Luxor
I recommend the trip as you can see the most interesting attractions of Luxor for a day trip. Everything organized with attentive and helpful staff. Our passionate guide to history to detailed specific information. Other guides also gave general information about the area. Physically demanding trip for the rise but recommended

Great experience!
Anubis was BRILLIANT! Hope you get him as a tour guide.
The whole trip was brilliant, you fit a lot in.
The coach is the toughest part but once you're in Luxor- it’s breathtaking what you'll see and learn.
Bring cash its a MUST, you’ll need it for drinks on the coach and for using the toilet at stops (which is 20 egp)
There isn't an ATM about to use at stops. Our ATM at the hotel ran out of pounds so we had to borrow money from the tour guide- he offered it which was so kind.
Make sure you go on the Nile to Banana Island, its an added on excursion but such an experience, only £10 BP,
you'll see animals and get fed fresh fruits which feels nice after being on the coach.
Bring a loose shirt to cover you at Karnak as its hot walking around in the sun all day. And comfortable shoes is a MUST!
Buying entrance Fees through Viator is a good idea also as it takes the pressure off.

Bad day
Well where do we start, we knew the trip would be a long day we were prepared for that , firstly the drive was catered for non English they seemed to have forgot we were their , we had to guess what was happening during our long drive. We were then welcomed by our guide who was quite abrupt and we felt like we were at school. We had paid for the valley of the Kings visit nothing else, we were advised that our cars needed fuelling and we would be going on a boat on river nile at extra cost of 30 pound for 2. We went to banana island . We spent 20 mins at valley of queen's then 10 mins at valley of Kings , absolutely shocked at the fact we had saved all last year for this trip and its a once in a life time visit and too have 10 minutes to see the valley of Kings was very disappointing.
We trusted trip advisor and booked through them ,won't again.

10 Stars Thanks to All Personal and best thanks to Hady from Hotel Amwj Beach Club Abu Soma
Thank you to Hady and White Shark Limousine for providing excellent service during our time in Egypt. We had air-conditioned vehicles and German-speaking drivers who took us to town and waited for us. The drive to Luxor from Abu Soma Amwj Beach Club Hotel was long but the drivers were welcoming and even provided delicious fruit along the way. We had a knowledgeable guide who explained the history of the temples in Luxor, Karnak, and Valley of the Kings. Special thanks to Shaban for the great experience. White Shark Limousine is a safe and professional way to travel in Egypt. Thanks to Hady for organizing everything to our satisfaction. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 10 stars ❤️

Tour to Luxor from Hurghada on your bucketlist
The Luxor trip from Hurghada was awesome. Our tour guide Mr. Nessar was very friendly and knowledgeable about his Egyptian history. The tour company was on time to pick us up at our hotel. We had great lunch and for an extra €10pp we went to visit the banana island to feed the Monkeys which was ok but not extra ordinary as being sold. The ride down the Nile river was def amazing and that would be enough to cool of from the heat, it felt like going down in history as it would have been in the Time when the Pharaohs ruled. The temple of King Ramses and King Tut was nice. The visit to the Valley of the King's was def worthed. For an extra €35 for two persons we were allowed to enter the tomb of King Tut to see his Mummy. Advisable is the visit during the time of the year, now in June the weather was extremely hot 41⁰C we had 3 sights to visit by the time we got to Valley of the King's I was drained off my energy and already drank plenty of water to keep hydrated. I do believe that around September to February the weather should be a bit better. But a must see and bucket list worthed. Any museum around the world can never top this excursion.

Not recommended
Our tour consisted of the 6 people in our group - 4 adults and 2 toddlers- and 2 people from another hotel. Our guide was not very informative and rushed through the sites without giving time to take photos. We were told there would be time on the way out of the temples/tombs but he never stopped to allow it. We had to race to keep up and the kids basically got dragged along so we didn't lose sight of him. He straight up lied to us about the opening time of the restaurant for lunch by telling us it didn't open until 1230 so we would stop at an oil/perfume factory until the restaurant was open. When we politely refused, magically the restaurant was open at 1130, and we were not the first guests. He also was not informative about taking/leaving our bags and how long we would be away from the van. The vendors at the sites were very pushy and annoying (not the fault of the tour but certainly didn't add any positive emotions to the day). We ended the day at the Valley of the Kings - about 130pm- and after a morning of running around in the heat, we went inside one tomb and didn't bother with the rest due to being tired and hot. This tour would benefit from reorganization and seeing the valley of the kings first in the morning when it's cooler and people have more energy and willingness to spend extra money to see King Tut's tomb. We were not impressed at all with the quality of this tour and would not recommend it.

Great - But be prepared
It was a brilliant experience, albeit scorching. The bus was air conditioned which was an absolute lifesaver and we met some lovely people on the tour.
There was never enough time to spend at any of the promised stops. And we were made to stop at an alabaster shop which nobody wanted instead of getting a proper photo opportunity for the collusi of memnon.
Even the valley of the kings was a whistle stop tour with having to basically run in and out of only three tombs.
There was finally Nile Boat ride which was effectively forced on us for an additional €15 per person. Which wasn’t mentioned in the programme. It was a brilliant experience but paying more when we had a specific itinerary was not very good.
We did have a good day, but this was spoiled by being rushed around, paying extra and tour operators getting quite annoyed when you didn’t want to pay extra for something
