Service was efficient, driver was polite, car was spotless. Would definitely recommend. Driver arrived to our accomodation early and helped with all luggage.
Booked & paid for this transfer months ago. They cancelled our pick up from our hotel to the airport just 45minutes prior to scheduled pick up time. Left us in a lurch. Unprofessional
we are sorry for the inconvenience but the driver was delayed due to a problem with a flight and the car that could do the service would not have been in time to pick you up .. we warned, other companies don't. Rome has a lot of taxis and you certainly didn't have any problems booking a taxi. Unfortunately, in this period the planes are delayed and create problems for all the transport companies.
My reservation was a 9:00 am pick up. The service wrote they would arrive at 8:00am. I emailed the company twice & tried calling them & Viator with no response from either. They arrived at 7:35am & ended up coming back after our scheduled time.
Dear Angela thank you for your review, however I would like to inform you that the departure day was Easter. These days Rome is very busy and there is a lot of traffic. We have sent you an email with collection at 08.00 am because the transfer to the airport is 45 minutes without traffic. Once you arrive you have to check the covid and check-in. all our airport transfer services are collected 4 hours before departure and 5 hours on public holidays. You should appreciate that we take care of the customers, arriving earlier is not a bad thing and if the driver had to wait for you for the departure I don't see why they don't appreciate our care. maybe you would have liked to call us because you didn't see a driver or arrive late at the airport to risk not leaving? flights to america have a lot of checks, we want to make sure customers fly home.
Needed a 7:00 AM pickup from hotel to airport. Driver was waiting for us in lobby about 15 minutes early which we really appreciated. Got us to airport in plenty of time.
The driver was on time and helped with our luggage. We had no problems. There were six people traveling and we each had a bag and carryon.

I have paid for a van as shown on the transfer picture. So we had 3 suit cases. But since we were two passengers the ride that arrived was a mercedes car instead of a van. Then all of a sudden we heard the driver complaining in italian. We assumed he was complaining because he was angry on the phone and when he saw our suitcases that it was 3, he looked very disappointed and mad. I hope next time, you make it clear on the options if you want to be definite. Because based on the picture, i have paid for a van to pick us up. Otherwise, i would not have booked this. Furthermore, the driver did not bring us close to the entrance of terminal 3. He parked a bit far from the entrance considering there were parking slots near the entrance of terminal 3. I do not if he done this deliberately because he was mad that we had 3 suitcases and he brought a mercedes car. So i hope next time deliver what you have shown on the picture which is a van and not a car. Maria
