Our guide, Claudia was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Managed to keep the group together apart from the extreme heat and cloud in the cathedral. She has a nice personality.

Cathedral
Amazing sights in the cathedral. Felt rushed at times a guide did not wait for everyone before explaining then moving on. However, there was time at the end of the tour to revisit areas individually.

Excellent tour
Alvaro was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable.We both really enjoyed the experience and learnt alot about the stunning cathedral.An organised tour and would recommend to all .

Would not use this tour group again
We were scheduled for 12:00 tour. When we got to the meeting @ natura tourismo on 19 Franco Street.. they told us that the tour was canceled.. we were on set timeline schedule. Very disappointed!

Not informative
Disappointing tour. The guide was nice but not very informative. He hurried through and did not offer very much information. The two tours by this company were not good.

This tour and tour guide is crap.
Start time was 11:30am. Tour officially started 12:30pm because the walk up giralda tower was total and complete waste. Tour ended 1pm. I have taken about 50 tours in 20 European cities including Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Amsterdam, Krakow, Rome, Florence, Venice, Athens, Jerusalem, Istanbul, Paris, Lisbon, and Porto, and this was the absolute worst. The tour guide was the absolute worst. He spoke minimal amount and no talking while walking from stop to stop. Instead he was texting on his phone. I can’t say anything worse about the lack of quality.

Great sights but rushed
A visit to a very impressive site with many highlights on a grand scale. At times the tour seemed too rushed to ensure all in the group gained fully from seeing and being able to appreciate everything. The guide was knowledgeable but did not share interesting small details that make a tour stand out. He tended to quickly move onto the next sight. The personal connection with the guide was not as strong as we have felt on other tours.
