グラナダ日帰り旅行：セビリア発アルハンブラ宮殿とナザレス宮殿

What a mess. Started with a call yesterday to say we would be delayed 2 hours with no clear answer as to why. We arrived well before the new time at the meeting place only to stand around for an additional hour. The tour guide that accompanied us to Granada was so soft spoken we couldn’t hear her. Of course she had no ear phone equipment available. Upon arrival at Grenada we went for a very short visit to an old Muslim fort ( don’t ask which one as we couldn’t hear the tour guide especially out in the busy neighborhood without any audio equipment). Next we sat down at a filthy neighborhood bar for a lunch hour that lasted twice the length of the old fort tour. During the long lunch hour we managed to loose an elderly couple. The tour guide had not bothered to do a by name head count prior to this so she had no clue as to who the couple was that went missing. Still don’t know what happened to them. After the lunch hour we sat in traffic for an hour and half instead of the planned 30 minutes travel time resulting in we arrived at the Alhambra well past our scheduled entrance time. As a result we only got a 1 hour rush through part of the Alhambra instead of the planned three hour full tour through all parts. In the end we paid $400 dollars for my wife and I to spend 20 minutes looking at an old Muslim fort wall and a rush through a small portion of the Alhambra. I think this was a crime scene not a tour. I’m just not sure if the crime was robbery of tourists for promising to tour all these areas and then not coming through; or elderly abuse by loosing two old folks somewhere in Grenada.

Great experience! I strongly recommend this trip and Pia and Sara were amazing! They shared they knowledge with lot of passion and patience.

Tour we took to Granada was very good - transportation - nice Mercedes coach - very comfortable. Guide - Pia - excellent guide. She explained every small detail and historic importance of the place. Food was not included but Pia took us such an authentic food place. Alhambra was worth visit. Only negative side is total hours it takes to visit.

Pia was a fantastic tour guide! She made all the history engaging and provided us with wonderful recs for food. Would do this again!

Me and my friend travelled from London and we had an absolute pleasant experience. Pia, who was the tourist guide of our day trip, was so polite, friendly and accommodating. She provided in depth explanations of the history around Granada, and often checked in to ensure everyone was okay. It was a buwafiful day, with beautiful views of nature and architecture! Thank you for an amazing experience! Would highly recommend this tourist experience to everyone who would like to visit Granada ❤️

Pia and Natasha were amazing guides. We really enjoyed our excursion. The pickup and dropoff were smooth, and visiting Albaicin gave more context to our Alhambra tour. Highly recommend.
