An excellent day out
Although the coach journey was long it was comfortable and the trip well worth it. The tour guides were excellent and the palace and views stunning.. Not for anyone who has difficulty walking although there are breaks in the journey and time for lunch.

I was guaranteed a ticket by Viator representative Glenn Jason, but I did not get one!
I originally booked this tour for September 26, 2026, but I received a call from the agency in Seville that this date was unavailable and that I could go on September 20 instead. I agreed and rearranged my schedule sot that I could travel over three hours from Seville to Granada for my tour. However, when my tour bus was literally pulling into the parking lot, my bus guide received a message that there was no ticket for me to enter with my group and a guide at 3:30 and that I could only go by myself with an audio tour at 4:30. Needless to say this was unacceptable. Glenn Jason told me, in writing via email, that my tour was completely guaranteed but evidently this was not the case. Shame on your company for doing this. How are you going to make this right by me? I would like to hear from you promptly.

This tour is as great. It was beautiful, informative, and fun. Consuela was very engaging, knowledgeable and excitable. You can tell she loves her job. If you have a chance take this tour.

Beautiful Experience Albaicin and Alhambra
We had a beautiful trip. We covered Albaicin and Alambra completely. The tour bus guide Jose Luis did a very good job of explaining Albaicin and history of Seville. Our guide at Alhambra Villalobos was very knowledgeable in Alhambra. Both places were very nice with different tome of Granada. We highly recommend this tour. A little bit on the pricey side and hotel pickup and drop-off would have been better.

Must do tour if visiting Sevilla to see the magical Alhambra!
This was a full day but very worth it and it flew by fast. Pia was an exceptional guide making sure we were taken care of and the trip went smoothly, as well as providing an excellent overview of the history of Andalusia, Granada and the Alhambra. We learned so much which made seeing these must-see awe-inspiring sites that much more meaningful and memorable. I would definitely recommend this tour and the company. They took great care of us and made it a fantastic experience.
