Gibraltar is a great place. Jesus was a great host, guide and was very knowledgeable. My wife and I would go back.

An excellent day trip from Seville to Gibraltar. Very interesting and lots of history. Highlights were Saint Michael’s cave, and of course, the famous monkeys of Gibraltar! Our guide, Pia made the day special providing essential information that made the tour ! Would definitely recommend!

The tour is Tarifa and Gibraltar + rock tour from Seville Second tour with Naturanda and other problems arose. First of all, if I pay for a 15-hour tour, how is it possible that it becomes not even 12? It was supposed to be from 7 to 22 and it became from 7:50 to not even 20. Everything went well in Tarifa even if the guide repeats several times that he does not know if there would have been time to see the separation between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. What does that mean? I paid for it, so I want to see it! Anyway, in the end, time is found. In Gibraltar we stop to eat before going up the rock, in a hurry, in half an hour. The tour advertisement mentioned 2 hours available to visit the main street and eat. We go up to the rock changing guide and bus, now there is one from Gibraltar. At the cave my wife enters through the exit and sees only the final part which is the most striking anyway. We called and wrote from Italy several times to ask if it was possible, I knew it was because other tour operators did it. The nice girl we were talking to knew nothing, she asked the guide who said it was possible but when we left NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING. We then spoke with Sergio, our guide, but we had to repeat it to the Gibraltar guide as well and in the end my wife was helped by the staff, incredibly kind, present at the entrance of the cave. Her problem is simply knee osteoarthritis. The show is magnificent, the lights make it more spectacular even if I would have liked to see the stalactites and stalagmites even with less colored light, just to appreciate their contrast. At the exit we are greeted by the Gibraltar monkeys, curious but also calmer than how they had been described. The last part of the trip is the visit to the main street, half an hour available (but wasn't it supposed to be two hours?). The guide goes up to the main street via a long staircase that reminds one, for its length, of the one at the Spanish Steps in Rome. My wife and I stop and we are very angry. They do not notice our absence and only realize it when my daughter runs toward the guide, who claims that my wife could have done that staircase since in the cave, with the help of the cave staff, she had done a few low steps also used by wheelchairs. How is it possible, you have a person who gives up seeing the inside of the cave because they have problems with stairs, then you do a long staircase? Well????? Conclusion, places visited beautiful or wonderful. Trip organization, mediocre or deceitful, where is the error in the duration hours? Is it possible that information about a client with not even very serious problems cannot be passed on between colleagues?

We spent a wonderful day in the company of our guide Jesus. He was super precise and very nice. I highly recommend this experience, and the little monkeys on the rock are an incredible experience.

I made the reservation with Naturanda, I don't know who they subcontracted the excursion to. My complaint is mainly about the trip to Gibraltar. Once there, the first thing is free time until 2:20 PM, where the guide arrived late and with all the heat, touring Gibraltar in 1 hour. They put you on a mediocre bus and you stop for 10 min to see a lighthouse, 20 min to see the caves, and 5 to see the bay viewpoint. I think a flock of sheep is treated better. It's not worth it

My experience on this tour has been pleasant, the guide named "Pia" is excellent, it is clear that she knows what she is talking about and she tried to make sure everyone understood every detail of the tour because the local guide, despite speaking Spanish, said he would only speak English (later he did interact in Spanish, but I felt bad when I heard him say that.) But I would like to mention something as a recommendation, although the tour guide was always very attentive to providing the information in Spanish, I would like to mention that even when the tour is bilingual, they should start the reviews in the language of the country, it does not matter if the majority of clients are English speakers or other languages, always start with Spanish because we are visiting Spain, the motherland, and we must emphasize our roots. However, I highly recommend this tour and I give 5 stars to the guide Pia.
