We had a very nice tour with Alex. He picked us up promptly in the morning. Considering we were his third tour ever, he was very knowledgable and informative. The tour itself was interesting. We started along the coast and finished at Pena Palace. Our guide was very informative and helpful during this tour. Overall, a very good experience.

Tour itinerary was good but just a hassle to find out we had to buy the entrance ticket in the morning when the tour guide pick us up, it quite stressful due to poor internet connection. Wish they told us a day before so we could take care at the hotel with wifi instead we wasted an hour getting the tickets.

We regret that you rated our service 3 stars simply because your mobile phone had a poor internet connection and you were unable to purchase tickets, even though we explained all the ways to buy tickets at the beginning of the tour. Since you had difficulties buying tickets for Quinta da Regaleira online, we bought them online ourselves and sent them to you. This process only took 10 minutes, never 60 minutes as you mentioned, and did not affect the tour. The important thing is that we resolved your internet connection problem. We can never inform you the day before to buy tickets online because we can never predict which slot Time will be available for the visit, as it is a group tour. At the beginning of the tour, in the presence of everyone, we inform them of the available slots for visits and organize the tour so that there are no delays or time spent queuing to buy tickets. We have never had any complaints about this aspect.

5/ Tour was great, tour guide was knowledgeable. We were supposed to be dropped off at the Double tree Hotel but we were dropped off at Marques de Pombai circle instead.

Regarding the Drop Off as is written is the Info Tour Page despite the pickup is made at your hotel Drop off is made at 2 very central locations in Lisbon : Praça Marquês de Pombal and Restauradores Square. Many Metro/Taxi/Uber/Buses options availables from these 2 locations. Great locations to have dinner or explore Lisbon. We hope to welcome you again for an even smoother experience next time!

We were looking forward to seeing the gardens at Regaleira but it was not explained to us that this was an option and not included in the official tour. We were not given any free time when we could have done this. The guide actually inferred that one shouldn't go there. We did not get to Sintra Palace until late in the afternoon and we had to leave our walk around early in order to catch the last bus down the hill. It was a very good day in some respects but we felt misled regarding Regaleira.
