The tour was very good, the crepes part was a scam; for what I paid it was not worth it, since the tickets there are 10 euros for a child and 20 for an adult, and I paid much more for the crepe tasting, and nobody there took responsibility for the crepes; the cruise people said that was not part of the tour and that the crepes were from another company and that they were not there and they did not know how to say anything else.
The ticket agents are not helpful. We arrived over an hour early to get a spot in front, upon opening the booking in the Viator app the ticket agent reported it wasn’t a “ticket”. She made us get out of line to “find” the ticket, while 100s of people went by. I asked her to help me and she told me I had to call Viator. I tried calling with no avail. I finally opened another section of the app and she accepted it. It didn’t matter, my evening was ruined. The experience was not what it should have been.
It is a very nice experience. That trip along the Seine is very much worth it, seeing a part of Paris from the boat. Above all, I recommend seeing it at sunset. The views are spectacular. Mind you, I have to say that the name says "Seine cruise and crepe tasting," and at no point did we see or taste any crepes. I booked it for my daughter, who likes them a lot, and we didn't see them, nor were they offered at any time.

Cruise was amazing. Beautiful city and sites! We were only there for a short time so getting to see so many sites from the boat was perfect! The walk to find the crepes was a bit far but otherwise, we had a fabulous time!

Had trouble finding area to get our tickets. Also, had to walk quite a distance to find the crepe place. I would not have purchased the crepe had I known that it wasn’t convenient to where we disembarked.

We were supposedly to redeem our tickets on the pier, there was no place to do so and the staff would not help us in anyway. They were rude and corrosive and we were unable to go on the cruise we paid for. Very frustrated with this experience.

The cruise on the Siene was wonderful, perfect break from all the walking you do in Paris. Communication with the provider was not consistent, they did not send the tickets in time and we had to come back twice to enjoy the tour.
