季節のペストリーを楽しむために、歴史あるペストリーショップから始めます。続いて、180 年以上の歴史を持つデリを訪れ、ここでは 2 種類のイベリコ生ハム、マンチェゴ チーズ、エクストラ バージン オリーブ オイルを試食します。地元で人気の古典的な揚げイカのサンドイッチをお召し上がりください。素晴らしいタパスを 1 杯食べて、スペインのサイダー 1 本をシェアします。地元の人々に人気の、その日のタパでベルモットを味わってください。 18 世紀の建物内にあるレストランで、スペイン風オムレツと毎日変わる秘伝の料理でツアーを締めくくりましょう。

Great food tour of Madrid. I learned all about Iberico ham, calamari and more. I was there with my husband and 2 kids and Jorge engaged my children the whole time. Highly recommend!

We loved our food tour with Jorge. After doing other food tours in different cities, a tour by a true local is always the best. A little over two hours was the perfect length, and our group of eight was a perfect size. At first, we thought four stops might not be enough, but the food is plentiful and the time to sit at the second and third stops to chat with Jorge and our other travelers was really nice. We brought our two teenage daughters, and they loved it as well. There is a good mix of food for different preferences, and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely recommend.
