However, we are very sorry to hear that finding each other at the airport caused you so much frustration and stress. We would like to clarify what happened so we can improve our service, as there seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding the meeting point location. As we tried to explain during our communications, the pillar shown in the photo is located outside in the main Arrivals Hall. By regulations, our drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area or the restricted terminal zones, which are strictly accessible to arriving passengers only. We understand you were looking for the pillar while still inside the baggage area, which is why airport staff could not guide you to it until you exited to the public Arrivals Hall. We deeply regret that this explanation was not clearer at the time and that it turned an otherwise smooth transfer into an exhausting experience. We will work on making our instructions even more precise for future travelers.
