Annarita was engaged and friendly and welcomed us well. The pizza part itself was relatively brief and could perhaps have been more comprehensive, but it was fun to be behind the "counter" and make your own pizza and see it baked.

Came here with my family got greeted by our hostess noemi who was very nice, welcoming and made the experience 100 times better. Antonio was one of the pizza chefs who was also very polite kind and welcoming, made us feel at home. this is an excellent place if your interested in the history of pizza in naples and how it’s made. A lot of facts and history told as well which is amazing. i would 100% recommend it for anyone who’s visiting!!

The shop in the former church is truly a pizza sanctuary! The dough was a light and delicious dough from Caputo Nuvola that didn't leave you feeling tired after eating. All the other participants were also Pizza Lovers, and I learned in a fun way thanks to the charming explanation by NEOMI. Since I also received the recipe, I want to review it after I return to my country.

We have done three food tours with the company “Secret Food Tours” and loved each one of them. We got a pizza oven for Christmas and have not been very successful in making pizzas so we decided to give a pizza making class in Naples a try. Since we had had such good luck with Secret Food Tours, we booked with them. This is not a cooking class! We made one ball of dough (we had to use premade dough bc it has to have time to rise) and then we got to go into the cook station and pick from three ingredients to “create” our pizzas. I asked if I could add mushrooms and was told no, pick from what we were told we could use. We were not shown how to make the pizza sauce, what type of flour to buy, etc. We each ended up with the pizza we decorated as dinner. So essentially we paid 42Euros for two pizzas we would not have ordered. I do not know any more now than I did two hours before the class. The oven was a gas oven not wood burning as is traditional in a real Naples pizzeria. The guide was chirpy and friendly but this is at most an instagram moment so that everyone back home thinks you took a pizza making class. It is a demonstration at best.We are very disappointed in the company for marketing this as a cooking class. We will be much more cautious in booking with them in the future. The people in the class were fun to chat with, and as you can see from the photos, it looks like we are in a “cooking class” but trust me it is not!
