Gennaro made this tour extremely special. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of us start to finish. Capri and Anacapri are full of natural beauty and I am thankful we could experience it together. Thank you everyone!
We enjoyed this tour, leaving out of Naples. We were met at the designated spot by Carmen before taking the ferry to Capri. The itinerary is basically as described. Carmen was a very good tour guide - friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Unfortunately, the Blue Grotto was closed on our day due to high tides. But as described, as an alternative we got a boat tour of the whole island which was quite lovely. There was much scenic beauty on this tour, and it is worth going on the chair lift up to the top of Anacapri. When it was clear that the Blue Grotto was closed, Carmen got us to the chairlift quickly in the morning, knowing that it was going to get crowded quickly. After we came down from the chairlift the line to ride up was very long, so we appreciated that Carmen took us first thing. Lunch was a little bit frustrating, and we wished we had just done our own thing. A restaurant was recommended to us by our guide and we all went with it. While the food was fine, we ended up paying more than we should have with their service charge and their sharing policy. We really should have just gotten something quick for takeaway somewhere else instead. The area near the port was quite busy with a lot of tourists, and fortunately that is only at the end. If you only have 1 day to see Capri/Anacapri, this tour is a good choice.
Wonderful experience with our guide Lia. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She was very capable and led our group in confidence. She took us to a chair lift ride to the top of Capri that was 10/10!! We had a nice meal when we came back down at a restaurant she led us to. We had plenty of time to relax and enjoy Capri without feeling rushed. She took on a nice stroll through the city, but you could also choose to do your own thing. Only negative was there were a lot of people on the island of Capri that made it slightly overwhelming and took away from the experience a little bit. We were not able to see the blue grotto due to it being closed (high tides), but took a very lovely and long boat ride around the island. Overall, very wonderful and memorable trip, would recommend this to family and friends.
Although it was a bit early in the morning, because I arrived early, I was able to ride the cable car on Capri Island smoothly, and I could eat lunch without waiting, so it was full of good things! The guide explained everything politely in easy-to-understand English, and we were able to make unforgettable memories.
Our guide Carmen was fantastic. I loved that this trip was out of Naples. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the time at the Blue Grotto. But that isn’t on the tour at all. Or whole tour group took the cable car up to the top so maybe that could be added to the schedule.
Very well organized and everything was on time. Anacarpi and Capri are so beautiful was one of our favorite cruise destinations.
Poor communication. Got lost going back to bus stop. Operator failed to text a simple address when I messaged them, so I could follow in google maps. They abandoned me and took everyone to next stop which was 40 minute walk away. To add further insult to injury, she accused my husband of fighting with me when all he did was simply decide to go back to bus rather than wait for me to make a shop. Yes, I forgot how to get back to bus, but I hired a guide who failed to properly communicate. I am in a strange place and clearly got confused about where to go after the chairlift. It is a literal layered maze and every turn looks the same. Instead of text me a simple address through app, it took a full 10 minutes and I guess they kept trying to call me but my phone does not work in Italy, no Italian #. Apparently, they were too stupid to send a simple text address to the bus stop. They left me and it was a 40 minute walk to next place I was already sweating and dehydrated from running between bus stops and eyes stinging from sweat, so day basically ruined! Only 15 minutes shopping time when I should have had at least 2 hours. The timeline is too tight and stressful. The itinerary lacks coordinates and the guide thought it would be fun to make a joke when I finally got back to group. Carmen then proceeded to blame my husband for not giving me the address and he did not know it either. Bottom line, I was under their care and they abandoned me. I had to hitch a ride with another kind tour operator, because there was no way to get a taxi quickly where I was. LESSON LEARMED. What I realized is this tour to Amalfi Coast and Capri Island. Waste of money. Just take hyrdrofoil yourself and do what you want. It's overpriced and you will have a much better time on your own. Horrible Operator.

This was the best part of my visit to Naples. Seeing Capri was a postcard in person (look at the pictures). Carmen was fantastic, had great recommendations for restaurants and shopping and showed us all around the beautiful island. Highly recommend if you’re in Naples to work this into your schedule.

Natalia was a great guide - very organised & know-legible - we navigated around the summer crowds which made our experience better. The full moon tide meant no Blue Grotto but the alternate boat trip around the island was probably more interesting & scenic. A cool off swim in the Mediterranean Sea was a great finish - thanks again Natalia

Super good trip, really a beautiful island, really good atmosphere and cozy guide. The reason is 4/5 stars, because it is only when we meet the guide that he can explain in detail how it works with the caves, that there can be a very long waiting time (2 hours) for the boats, that there are few at a time who can enter the caves and of course the sea itself determines when you can get in. But the rest was nice, beautiful, and especially the lift to Anacapri with a view over the whole island, made it all worthwhile. Instead of the blue cave, we got a sailing trip around the island, which was really beautiful. Our guide Guinarro was kind, cooperative, charming, and made it a lovely and relaxing tour.
