Private tour is not...
Private tour is not worthwhile. Expensive for a limited experience with no entry anywhere. Guide needed to talk less and listen more to our questions - the whole point of a private tour
事業者からの返答
Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. Our private tours are designed to provide a personalized and dedicated experience, with the opportunity to interact directly with the guide. We take your comments seriously and will use them to further improve the quality of our service.
Kind Regards,

Lots of Information
The tour guide was great, I just wasn’t a fan of the mic/headphone system. I learned more by standing close to the guide and paying attention to their gestures and words (which were louder with the earphone but not clearer)

We will certainly take your feedback into consideration, as it is valuable to us in improving our service and making the experience even more enjoyable. Kind regards, ACCORD Team
