This was great way to see harbor at night. It was very relaxing. The food was good our waitress was great

The boat ride was very nice but the music and food were very boring I would suggest a buffet type of dinner I almost died of hunger while waiting for the plate that took forever to be served This experience almost ruined my birthday

It was so nice and elegant. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. The scenery was breathtaking. I loved every minute of it. The food was delicious.

Although we had very crappy weather the soup was cold, the bread was hard, the main meal was decent. I had the braised ribs. Tricky to find where the boat is actually docked.

Nice experience food was good staff was courteous if in Charleston I would probably do it again if I'm celebrating or having a romantic evening

This was to be a celebration of our 56 wedding anniversary. My wife is handicapped,. She has severe COPD shoulder and leg issues, but still walk as much as possible. There are actually three parking areas at the site one to the west of the building one directly to the east of the building and nearest the ticket counter and loading area. The third parking area is at a distance behind the employee parking lot or the one on the west side. The employee parking area was large enough for all the patrons and had handicapped access and parking spaces what was roped off by the management. Typically that is the opposite of the way it should be set up. There was a turnstile on the side that we parked, and would have allowed us direct access to the ticket booth,, but it was locked.. I called to the attendant on the inside and she told us to walk around the building and come in on the west side. I heard several complaints regarding the same issue from other patrons that evening. Nobody could understand why the parking was made so inconvenient for everybody except the employees. Seems backwards to me right? I chose the shrimp and grits for my dinner. As it turned out, the shrimp were so firm and glued together that they had to be cut with a fork to eat like a pancake. This is no joke! The cruise of the harbor itself was very enjoyable and we met wonderful people. I hope you choose to improve on these things so others do not experience the same unfortunate circumstances.

Love the intimate setting and atmosphere. The view of the sunset was amazing. The servers were professional and the food was phenomenal.

Very nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. The cruise dinner was smooth. The people were nice and respectful. The waiter was very nice.

The food overall was great but the dessert was very disappointing. I would recommend better options for future cruises.
