I have been on several dinner cruises this being the worst I ever experienced. Food was terrible (shrimp and grits). Was placed at a table with another couple they agreed worst food ever. Also was placed right in front of musician. 20 year anniversary dinner was very underwhelming for sure.

That the air conditioning was not that great and you need more music from black artists, also hand wipes should be available

The staff were courteous. The food was awesome. But...... it was extremely hot. This was very uncomfortable. But.....will do it again.

It is a beautiful dinner cruise. Food was amazing. Entertainment can be a little quieter because people are trying to visit.

I was very surprised. It wasn't crowded and the food was very good. We would definitely do it again. Only downside was handicap parking was to far away and the parking was very confusing.

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere, Good food. We were celebrating our 50th ANIVERSARY, beautiful scenery at night especially the Bridge. WE would definitely do this again.

On a good note, the staff was great and food was yummy. The photos we got of the bridge are awesome. On a bad note, there was no air conditioning (or fans) in the dining room. The music was so loud that I had to yell at my dinner mate beside me...she gets louder as people are trying to converse. The boat is very dated and the smell of bathrooms is obnoxious as you have to pass by to go in and out. I wished someone had told the truth before I took my daughter for her birthday. Would never do it again :( Very disappointed. Need to take out the word luxury.

Unfortunately, for the price we paid, it wasn’t the best experience. Our food (short ribs) were over cooked, hard to chew and very salty. My wife and I left about 90% of the meal on the plate. This is our fault, when we saw “open bar” in the description we assumed drinks were included given the total price of this dinner cruise being over $200. They weren’t but at least the price of the drinks were very reasonable. The final surprise was that if you wanted desert, that was an extra 6 dollars! With all that said, the wait staff and other helpers were very friendly and on top of their game. They worked very hard. The live music (a woman playing guitar and singing) was enjoyable. We also sat with some nice people who were visiting Charleston also and that made this experience more enjoyable. Would we do it again….probably not. Would we recommend it……well we looked at the reviews prior to booking and they were good. I guess they had an off night.

Limited food option for me. It was a wonderful experience on our anniversary. The scene was beautiful.

Food was good. Staff was good. People that we share table was good. Just to hot in serving area. Need to fix air and better speakers for singer. Overall had a good time .
