Well we got to Paris late not tours fault but there wasn't a guide waiting. 30-45 mins later we got our guide. Guide was a mess. Only talked about shopping and the stores unless asked. Mention buildings and sites only after we passed them. Did not have a lot of time and it kept getting short every stop. Which really snow balled in the end. We ended up getting back to the port at last minute. Would have been a problem had the ships tours not been late. Bathrooms on bus didn't work. Driver spoke no English which made the drive to and from a little difficult. This tour had the potential to be a great tour. Just don't go by the times they give you.

Our guides do their best to balance this in real time. 3. Restroom breaks were provided at appropriate intervals, in accordance with public health guidelines and standard group tour practices. If you require more frequent restroom access due to personal health needs, we highly recommend considering a private tour, which offers greater flexibility and can be tailored to your individual comfort. 4. This tour is designed to fit within the limited port time of cruise ships. The 10-hour experience includes 2.5–3 hours each way for transfer from Le Havre to Paris, a 1-hour Seine River cruise and the remaining time for key Paris landmarks. Due to these constraints, interior visits are not included, as noted in the tour description. For guests wishing to explore sites more thoroughly or dine at leisure, we recommend considering a return visit by air or encouraging your cruise line to offer longer port calls in Le Havre. 5. However, please be assured that this tour includes a guaranteed timely return, as stated in the tour description. In fact, on this occasion, the group returned 1.5 hours before the ship's departure. While cruise lines often recommend a 2-hour buffer for boarding — similar to airline check-in procedures — this is a precaution, not a reflection of actual transfer timing. We are in constant communication with the port and monitor schedules closely.
