However, four restroom breaks were provided during the transfer from Le Havre, with accessible facilities at each stop. 3) Tour Duration: The tour has always been advertised as a 10-hour experience, not 10.5. Your group was collected at 7:30 AM and returned by 5:30 PM (17:30), totaling the full 10 hours. The mention of 8.5 hours appears to be a miscalculation. 4) Eiffel Tower: The itinerary does not include exploration at “the base of the Eiffel Tower” which suggests there may be a mix-up with another tour. 5) Arc de Triomphe : It’s noted that you had a delay during the Arc de Triomphe visit due to a disagreement regarding restroom access. Kindly note that, in Europe, public restrooms typically require a fee, or it is customary to make a small purchase when using facilities in cafés. 6) Seine Cruise: Guests who booked the Self-Guided tour option did not receive Seine River cruise tickets, as this actibity is not included in that package. This option provides transportation to and from Le Havre only. This tour offers different options designed to accommodate the varying interests and needs of different types of travelers. 7) Customer Service: Viator’s Customer Care team has a strong reputation for professionalism. This is the first time I deal with feedback describing them as “rude and condescending” 8) Pace of the Tour: According to our guide ( thank you for praising him) all the issues may have stemmed from one single reason - difficulty in keeping up with the group’s pace due to your limited walking ability which impacted your overall experience. Please note that your negative feedback is the only one received from the entire group.
