The guide was excellent but it said it was moderate walking😐 But there was a lot of walking for a good 30/40 minutes It spoiled the excursion for me I would not recommend it if you have mobility issues

Florence is one of those cities where every street seems to reveal something beautiful, and having a chance to explore independently made the visit even more enjoyable. Pisa was smaller but equally worth seeing, especially the famous square around the Leaning Tower. The transportation was clean and comfortable throughout the day. We never felt hurried, even with two major destinations. Overall, it was an easy and enjoyable shore excursion.

Transportation was comfortable, everything stayed on schedule, and we returned to the ship with plenty of time to spare. It turned out to be one of our favorite days during the cruise.

This a jam packed day with lots of beauty and history! Lorenza was an AMAZING guide and so very helpful. He made our day with my disabled 88 mother stress free and so enjoyable!! What an awesome Tour Guide and human being!!!
