Very well organised. All ran to time and all was V efficient. There was a lack of information about the places we were visiting and a few snippets along the way throughout the journey. Maps were given out, the guided tour in Florence took us from one place to another well however no info was given about the venues. 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there throughout the hour then an hour to self explore. Pisa was v interesting again no real information was imparted by the guide, just meet you back here in 40 minutes. Coach was comfortable. Timings excellent. Very cost effective. Would recommend due to cost against a shore excursion offered on the ship. Would advise you do some homework before your visit as it would help with the history of these places.

This was fantastic! Our guide Martina was really wonderful. Everything was extremely prompt, organized and easy to find.

Our group leader Mr. Swan was absolutely amazing. We were on a cruise, so our time was very short. We were very concerned about returning on time, but we arrived back on time and we had a great time!

Way too much crammed into 1 day. We raced around Florence and saw some things, but no idea what they were. Look for a guided tour with a headset so you can hear more about what you are seeing. We were late arriving at Pisa and had to run to the tower and race up the 250+ stairs if we wanted to actually see it. The guides did a great job of getting us in even though we missed our scheduled time. Definitely needed more time here!

Overall it was ok. We got to see 2 distant cities from the port. I’ve visited Florence before and didn’t do nearly the amount of walking we did to see the highlights and to get to and from the bus (worst part). I underestimated the sun, bring an umbrella and fan. Pisa was much more relaxing and less walking.

We had a great trip. Saw a great deal of Florence and also managed to do a stop at the leaning tower of Pisa. Alessandro was a great guide! This is a great option if you are part of a cruise ship. Shore excursions cater for you to be dropped off back in time for all aboard.

This is a good sample of the many attractions to see in Florence and Pisa. But the size of the group is too big for one tour guide. Need to reduce the number of participants per tour guide. While it is appreciated that there are so many sights to go explore in Florence, the tour guide did not follow through with what he said he was going to do. As such, we missed the tour of The Dome (the church portion) since he did not return my call nor text. While it is appreciated we get to go off to see what we want, we were told explicitly we would be able to meet up with the group. This did not happen because the guide never got back with their location. This is attributed to the unmanageable size / number of people. Pisa, being a smaller place, was no issue. We were able to see what was there to see, in spite of the group size.

The time goes Very quickly so you need a plan. The bus location in Florence was difficult to find on our own. The guide did explain it however....we missed it. Whatsapp was VERY useful as our guide LK lead us to the correct location on a video chat.

I never saw the guide at the station so i went on my own. Your instructions were poor. I did viator the next day and it was fine.
