We would like to commend the driver Abdul Malik for making sure that we we’re collected and dropped off to our accomodation after the tour. We are dissappointed with the tour guide Mustafa. After our boat ride me & my friend decided to take some souvenir photos near the falls. Then this tour guide came and told us to hurry up and when we reached the group he said in front of everyone in the group that we are the last to come and that they were waiting for us for a long time which is not true because the 2 girls before us who also took photos were also from our group and we were just few minutes behind them. There was no need to call us out in front of everyone, we were embarrased. Besides it was one of the highlights of that tour at least he should have allowed us few minutes to take photos, in fact we didnt take that long! Unfortunately, it completely ruined our day. This is to remind tour guides to please be mindful of what you say and how you say it no matter the color of your guests!

Great experience! The guide was great, and the driver also. Pick up and drop off was easy. The views and tour around the falls were great, loads of opportunities to take amazing pictures, you can feed and take pictures with monkeys also! Overall great way to spend the day

Pros: - Spectacular views of the waterfalls and surrounding landscape - Fun close encounters with playful monkeys 🐒 - Delicious traditional Moroccan lunch with a scenic backdrop - A rewarding experience for the whole family Cons: - Long wait for the boat ride - Delayed lunch service - Considerable walking, including steep and slippery sections Conclusion: Despite some waiting and physical effort, the breathtaking scenery and unique experiences make Ouzoud Waterfalls well worth the visit.

Hello, I didn't go on my excursion, I waited 1 hour with my children outside at 40 degrees. So that in the end a sleeping man tells me contact visitor…. What a disappointment…

A fantastic trip to see the waterfalls. You get to experience different views of the falls and it includes a boat ride that takes you close to the falls and you can have a pic taken there. The guide is great and helpful. The lunch was good and def worth it. I have gluten allergies and they cater for you. One thing to note that it isn’t a hike to see the waterfalls. There are about 600 steps that take you down - these are not steep. You need to climb those stairs back up. There are donkeys available to ferry people up. Our guide was amazing. One elderly lady fainted due to the heat and he was attentive and arranged a donkey ride for her.

We visited the Ouzoud Waterfalls as a group of 18 people—including both adults and kids—and honestly, the whole day was flawless. Ouzoud Waterfalls are absolutely stunning, and the views are incredible. The kids had a blast exploring, and everyone in our group loved it.Our guide was fantastic. We were pretty nervous about driving in a new country, but he instantly put us at ease. We had a fantastic day visiting the Ouzoud Waterfalls. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and it’s a trip I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Morocco. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the area, which really added to the experience. However, there was one downside. The pace of the walk was far too fast, and unfortunately the guide didn’t wait for the slower members of the group. Three of us struggled to keep up while the younger, fitter members quickly disappeared ahead. At several points we were left guessing which path to take because the group had moved so far ahead. That was frustrating and, at times, quite worrying. A little more consideration for people of different fitness levels would make this excursion much more enjoyable for everyone. Waiting occasionally to ensure the whole group stays together would make a huge difference. Despite that, this is an incredible day out and one I would still recommend. Just be prepared—the walk down is steep, and the climb back up is hard work. Make sure you wear sensible footwear with good grip and be realistic about your fitness level before booking. Overall, a beautiful experience with stunning views, but the guiding pace could definitely be improved.

I wouldn’t do this again. They take you to see a donkey that is tied to a tree with its back bleeding, bones sticking out and it can’t get to any water. It is surrounded by little streams but tied to the one tree where it can’t get any water The bus was 30mins late to pick us up. We stood outside another hotel (because they wouldn’t get us from our hotel) from 7:50am like asked and there was no update to say they were running late The tour itself is informative but there is so much time wasted standing around. It felt very unorganised and time wasted in very hot weather I would recommend not booking a tour, come and go when you please and make your own way round If you do go on this tour - there are lots of shops at the beginning - make sure that you pick up some water / drinks. It’s very hot and there won’t be any warning from your guide that you won’t be able to get a cold drink anywhere for the next 2 hours

The guide and the driver were great. We ate well and saw the monkeys next to us; the place is really beautiful.

Experience was brilliant, picked us up on time, received confirmation day before. The trip itself was very good. The guides were excellent, grouped in chosen language. We didn't book any lunch as are very strict vegetarian. Waterfall and Monkey were very good Experience. If you have difficulty in walking or breathing difficulty then this trip may be difficult as there is lots of uneven walking & over 700 stairs i would have given 5 Star but I had to give 4 Star as it was very very Hot about 40⁰C and there was no Air Conditioner in the minibus which was the downside. Apart from that I would recommend this to anyone
