My friend and I did a cooking class with Cristina during our time in Rome and it was probably one of our favorite memories of our time there! Cristina is wonderful, warm and inviting. She taught us how to make ravioli, gnocchi, and gelato- and thanks to her, everything was delicious! I feel like I as leaving Italy with some great experiences, yummy recipes, and a new friend now!
We spent an afternoon in Cristina’s beautiful, tranquil home learning to make ravioli, gnocchi, and gelato—and it was the highlight of our trip. Cristina is warm, patient, and incredibly organized; everyone had hands-on time and the dishes were absolutely delicious. It felt like cooking with family while getting pro tips you can actually use at home. Whether you’re a beginner or confident in the kitchen, this experience is a must in Rome. Highly recommend!
