エル・パセオは単なる建物ではなく、ステート・ストリートのすぐそばにたたずむ雰囲気とミニ・ネイバーフッド。 通り抜けていくと、ワインテイスティングルームやレストラン、1920年代初頭の歴史的建造物など、地元の企業に囲まれた美しい中庭へと続く魅力的な小道があります。 ここはテイスティング・ストップのひとつ（多くの場合、最初のテイスティング）で、ガイド付きワインテイスティング（通常3〜4本）と、共有の放牧箱をお楽しみいただけます。
サンタ・バーバラの過去についての軽い話をしながら、歴史的なカサ・デ・ラ・ゲラの近くを通り過ぎます。
サンタバーバラ・コートハウスは、その建築と眺めで知られ、市内で最も美しいランドマークの1つです。 タイミングとアクセスが許せば、中に入って見学することもあります。 そうでない場合でも、このエリアを通過します。ツアー終了後は、出発地点と終了地点の間に位置するので、歓迎します。 なお、平日は裁判所への立ち入りに保安検査が必要となります。 糖尿病用ポンプなどの医療機器がある場合は、セキュリティに知らせると、適切なスクリーニングをガイドしてくれます。
グラナダ・シアターはサンタバーバラのダウンタウンを代表するランドマークであり、この地域で最も高い建物です。 ここで一旦立ち止まって、その建築と歴史を取り上げ、地元のアートシーンにおける役割について少しお話しします。 ツアー中に中に入ることはありませんが、途中の立ち寄り先としては目立ちます。

The guide was extremely knowledgeable. Food was not up to what I have had on every other food tour I have been on.(6) Shared portions instead of individual servings. Food was bland, except for Italian ice. Pours on wine were less than I have previously experienced.

Maddy was a friendly and engaging tour guide. She took great pictures of us and later texted them to us. She was knowledgeable about the history of the city and locations we visited and made sure we alternated between walking and eating all afternoon. The food was tasty at every stop.

The tour was cancelled the night before by the tour company. They said two of the restaurants on the tour closed unexpectedly. My thoughts are there are a lot of restaurants on State Street. Still waiting on the refund to my credit card.

Maddy was our tour guide and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable, funny, extremely personable. We learned a lot about Santa Barbara and California history, ate a lot of food (you will not leave this tour hungry), and had some great drinks. Worth every penny to learn more about this gorgeous city.

This was both an educational and a food tour. Learned a lot about Santa Barbara that I did not know. Started the tour off with a fabulous wine tasting. Absolutely beautiful Bordeaux wines were tasted. The food on the tour was delicious especially the goat taco. Well, maybe the noodles were a little bland but can be easily spiced up. Captain Kirk was a lively guide who truly enjoys what he’s doing. He loves Santa Barbara and it shows in all his stories about this the charming town.
