Very disappointing because we never received the service. Our driver, Ricardo, left without picking us up to go to another client and without giving us another option to get to our hotel leaving us to find our own transportation. The issue was the two and a half hour wait to get through customs which we later found out is common at the Porto Airport. Given that the driving service is local we believe they should have set up an appropriate pickup time rather telling us they waited 2 hours which was sufficient. It was not. We requested a refund because we did not use the service and were refused. Therefore, we are very unhappy clients and would recommend others find a different service. Our hotel told us this would have not happened if we had booked through them.

I paid 63 euros to have a private driver waiting. My flight was delayed but the company had my information and stated they would follow my arrival times. After going through immigration which took 1 hour which is normal due to the awful euro immigration system, our driver had already left with another paying customer. We would have to wait at least 60 more minutes before a new driver to arrive. Be aware. An Uber costs $21 for an xL, and I was paying $63 for the convenience of a driver waiting standby. Company refuses to refund me and I took uber instead. Don’t book with this company.

Our flight was delayed by an hour and we could not get a hold of anyone when we finally landed. We tried the app messaging as well as phone. No one responding to me when it was 11:30 pm after 15 hours of traveling was frustrating.

It was a good first impression of our visit to Porto. The driver was punctual, polite and super helpful. I strongly recommend this company.

He was right outside of customs and took us directly to the car and got us to our hotel safely. Thank you!

Easy to use service. Friendly and knowledgeable driver. We have also used Viator for day trips whilst visiting other countries and always had a good service.
