Ripping people off to the power of 3 We 2 people were standing at Porto airport on time after landing and were not picked up. The driver contacted us with the words: No money from Gettransfer, no pickup. Consequently, we had to take an expensive taxi. Cost 35 € (additional costs.) Subsequently email contact, with a request for a pickup, as booked, after the end of the city trip from the hotel back to the airport. No answer After repeated chats until 4 hours before departure, the first sign of life from Gettransfer (AI written) So we had to take the taxi again. I have been trying to get my money back since August 15th, and so far I have received AI answers again and again. 100 times the same thing: APOLOGY MUST STILL BE CHECKED. (also AI) we are taking care of it. This is disreputable and bottom of the barrel. This is a war of attrition. Again: STAY AWAY FROM GETTRANSFER

Easy to book, great communication from company and driver, seamless transfer at a very reasonable cost, especially as we had a very early departure.

Very easy to book and received confirmation via email quickly. Rate is cheap compared to other private transfer. Tour operator asked me of my preferred pick up time then replied and confirmed it right away. I've been receiving email from tripadvisor, reminding and giving me updates of my upcoming bookings which give me peace of mind. Very reliable. The driver was very punctual. Highly recommended.
