Scheduled pickup time was too late. Notified operator and he changed pickup time a little. Still almost missed the time limit to check luggage. Should leave at least 3 1/2 hours before flight departure or earlier depending on how many other passengers to pickup. Our flight schedule was 13.10, original pickup at 10.35 then 10.15. Had to meet another shuttle and pickup 2 more locations. Arrived at airport 11.45. Pickup should have been 9 to 9.30. Lucky no accidents or much traffic. Very stressful for us.

Hotel pickups are planned specifically to ensure that our passengers arrive at the airport in time for their flights. The pickup schedule also takes into account the other scheduled hotel pickups along the route.
We understand that the timing may have felt stressful, but the service operated according to the planned schedule. Fortunately, you arrived at the airport safely and in time for your flight.

Impressed by the...
Impressed by the customers centric service! I made a wrong booking as I input a wrong date and there was no way to reschedule my flight just because of this. The booking itself was unrefundable as well. I tried to contact them via apps, but no response at first, but the next 24 hrs, they sent me a refund already. A proof that this business is really care about this customers, because I ever made the same mistake in Klook and noone from that business (the platform, the operator, the shuttle service provider) gave a damn to me, instead they were all blaming me loll.

Shuttle from Kayseri to Goreme
Great service for only 15€ per person.
The shuttle can take more than 12 passengers, they have a usb to charge your phone in each seat and the driver gave us a can of water each.
From Kayseri to Goreme it took 1 hour. The contact is +90 505 121 07 75 taliexpress.com
They accept credit cards but only through a link that for me didn’t work.
