本格的なクメール料理で有名なペーパー タイガー イータリーでの約 3 時間の料理教室で、アモク、チキン カレー、ビーフ ロック ラックなどのおいしいクメール料理の調理法を学びましょう。 1999 年以来、海外からの旅行者を対象としたシェムリアップで最初の料理学校として、Paper Tiger はユニークな料理の冒険を提供します。クラスで使用される新鮮な食材や肉について学ぶ歴史的な市場への訪問から始めます。レストランに戻ると、フレンドリーで熟練したシェフが、選択したクメール料理の準備と調理プロセスを案内します。作成したおいしい食事を仲間の学生と共有し、次に家で試すレシピについて話し合います。将来の料理の努力をサポートするために、飲食店を出発した後にデジタル レシピ ブックを受け取ります。

It was excellent! Sopheap and her team are awesome.
We had a blast cooking with Sopheap!!! She is enthusiastic, handled a class of 8 masterfully, and it felt like she was sharing her family’s ancient recipes with us! Looking forward to preparing beef loclat again when I get home!

We did the cooking class with our teacher Sopheap. It was amazing! Best experience in Siem Reap! Sopheap was very knowledgable and gave us the best experience! The setting was really good and we made plenty of food and able to take some as leftovers! Would 100% recomend to book if coming to Siem reap.
We started with a trip to Old Market, it's educational to see different local vegetables and meat. Then, back to Paper Tiger to start our cooking class. We have a great time with Channy. Wonderful family bonding time.

Private class with pip was fabulous. We cooked several different dishes. She was super organised and professional and the food we ate was yummy.
My son (12) and I did this class with our teacher Sinuon, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Great mix of watching & listening, doing every chopping and frying ourselves, and get help, when stuck or for the final pounding (« more angry!😄 »). Ingredients were excellent, Sinuon the best and kindest teacher, and our results surpised us. We look forward to bringing this cooking experience home to our family! Highly recommend this course!
