Companion guide with not much enthusiasm for the local sites. We were unfortunately disappointed by the lack of planning and information on this tour.

Travelers should know that Viator operators in Baku are totally unreliable and unprofessional. The private guide and driver never showed up. I had booked a full day tour. When they were finally reached they advised that no one at Viator had ever booked the full day tour with them. Viator's representative could have cared less when they finally reached out to me. And refused to accept a cancellation for the next day's tour based on how unreliable they had been for the first day.
