If you are going to Marrakech, you absolutely have to book a private tour with Rashid. My partner and I booked him to show us around the souks, and he went above and beyond before we even met up! He texted us beforehand to introduce himself and finalise the timing, which made everything so easy from the start. Meeting him in the morning was completely seamless. The souks are absolutely amazing, but they are pure, beautiful chaos. Honestly, if we had been on our own, we would have struggled big time because it’s just so massive and overwhelming. Rashid made us feel incredibly safe and completely looked after. He really listened to exactly what we wanted to see (and what we didn't!), making the whole day feel tailored just for us. One of the absolute highlights was when he took us to a beautiful herbal pharmacy. The decor inside was absolutely stunning, and the lady there went completely out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. As we sat there with our bottled water and traditional mint tea, smelling all the incredible herbs, spices, and natural remedies, it felt like finding a peaceful sanctuary right in the middle of the bustling markets. She was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all, and we left there feeling so clean and refreshed—honestly, it felt like a mini spa experience! I would definitely recommend going there. From there, Rashid showed us the leather goods, gorgeous bags, belts, street food, and we loved seeing all the local cats! He guided us right through to the main square, keeping us feeling safe and well-informed the entire time. It was worth every single penny and so much better than trying to navigate it on your own. I can’t recommend Rashid enough—he is brilliant,thank you Rashid !

Our guide Rachid was amazing! I was worried we would struggle finding him at first as I had no signal beyond the accommodation but he was the one who found us quickly! His knowledge of the structure of the markets and how to haggle was beyond helpful, it would've overwhelmed us if we went by ourselves. He was easy to talk to as well, answering all of our questions and made sure we were safe the whole time. His love and respect for his religion was admirable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would he deserves it! Would happily recommend!!

Our guide Rachid was very professional and helpful. His knowledge of the souks was excellent and everywhere we visited was very interesting. His recommendations for lunch and dinner were very helpful. He even booked transport to and from the restaurants. As a party of seven He managed to please us all.

Rachid was beyond amazing! He eased my worries about much more than navigating the Souks. He took me to the best of the best shops, helped me navigate cabs, worked with my other tours to ensure smooth pick ups, had shoes made and delivered to my hotel same day!!! I wish I could have booked Rachid to be my guide my entire Marrakech trip! He went above and beyond for me. Truly a gem and core memory made!!!

Excellent morning with Ismail as our guide. Great pace, very informative and a chance to learn about the local culture. Very friendly and welcoming people at the shops we visited with no pressure to buy. Great value for money and a brilliant guide!

Ismail our tour guide was super friendly and clearly was very knowledgable of the city. As this was my first time out of Europe Ismail but us both feel calm and relaxed in a city that is very busy! He also took us to some lovely authentic shops as part of the different areas of the souks where people where making stuff by hand in front of us which was super cool. Would recommend!

The souks can be overwhelming! It was nice to go with someone who knows the lay of the land. Our guide was kind, funny, and smart. He took us into places only locals might have access to- like inside the oldest bakery. Highly recommend!

It is worth it to get to know a part of history well, as well as the details about the different souks.
