これは、上海の最もリアルなグルメ体験ツアーです！ このウォーキングツアーでは、小さな路地や古びた弄堂（ノンタン）と呼ばれる長屋状の住居を訪れます。６店以上の食堂や露店で少なくとも10品以上の昔ながらの料理、例えば、寺院で供されるベジタリアンヌードルや、できたてのダンプリングを味わいます。また、自家製のハーブ酒も楽しみましょう。一つ一つの食堂はこじんまりした、家族経営のお店です。何代にも渡って受け継がれてきた新鮮な手作り料理をお楽しみください。ツアーは下海廟で終了です。拝観料はツアーに含まれています！ 1回のツアーにつき最大10名の少人数グループツアー

An excellent way to see more than just the popular tourist sights. We also did the dinner tour, but if I had to choose one, I would opt for the breakfast tour because Chinese breakfast is so different from what we usually eat in the mornings. The breakfast tour route is also more convenient, with less walking. Max, the local Shanghainese guide, was very knowledgeable and took great care of the whole group.

What a wonderful experience. I love Shanghai and have been a few times before, but as a tourist it is quite difficult to find the best local food and not simply go where all the other tourists go. In this breakfast tour I went to places I would never have found by myself and the food really was spectacular. Each stop was different and uniquely local and authentic. Our guide (Jiachen) was lovely and told us a lot about Shanghai history as well as the food. I will do this tour every time I come to Shanghai. It really is an amazing experience and is highly recommended.
