This cooking class was interesting! Fancy was lovely. We enjoyed this tour. Highly recommend.

The tour exceeded my expectations. The market visit is fascinating and a great prelude to the cooking class. Fancy is a fabulous, informative host who caters to both English and Chinese speakers. The classroom kitchen and dining room are beautiful spaces for the culinary experience. I ended my afternoon in the attached cafe and bakery - bliss! After a week of travelling and sightseeing, this tour was the perfect end to my time in Yunnan.

Amazing experience! We highly recommend it to cook delicious food and learn about the Naxi people. The local market was great, learning the ingredients, seeing the people. The explanations were good to all our questions about mushrooms and ingredients. The recipes were easy to follow, fresh, and very filling. Fancy is great and her story is very interesting. We definitely recommend!

I had a great time in the cooking class with Fancy. She shared many insights about her culture beyond the food and it was very informative and engaging. We cooked delicious dishes with high quality ingredients and had a lot of fun as well! I would recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Lijiang to save some time for this special experience to learn more about Naxi cooking and traditions.

The cooking class with Fancy is a very nice and authentic experience! The dishes which we cooked with the fresh ingredients from the market were very delicious. The kitchen studio and the small bakery is such a lovely place. We can definitly recommed the cooking class!

It was better than I expected! Fancy has a great knowledge and she’s willing to share it with ease :) we went to market and we learn how to recognise specific mushrooms and herbs. Then we had a cooking lesson in her cute kitchen! It was so lovely :)

We had a great experience with Fancy. She has great knowledge about Chinese cooking and the market. We learned a lot about Chinese ingredients and the food we cooked was delicious and so flavorful. A well recommended experience in Lijiang!

We had a great time with Fancy and her team. The tour of the market provided us with so much information about, ingredients culture and history. Back at Fancy's kitchen we were treated to snacks and tea before cooking a tasty 3 course meal. The entire experience was fantastic from start to end!

My friend and I had an amazing time with Fancy who was an incredibly knowledgeable tour guide. Fancy taught us so much about Naxi cuisine and culture. The food was absolutely delicious. Fancy also has her own French bakery so after eating lunch you can grab a coffee next door. I’m excited to try to recipes I learned from Fancy when I get back home, I especially loved the chicken salad we made! I highly recommend this tour to others!
