Great customer service they picked up at the airport on time and gave us great information on the way to resort
The driver was on time and waiting for us. The drive in was pleasant and enjoyable. The van was clean and roomy

Our private transfer to the resort was perfect from start to finish. The driver was professional, friendly, and on time, which made arriving stress-free after traveling. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned—exactly what we needed after the flight. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and we felt safe the entire time. It was so nice not having to wait around or make multiple stops like a shared shuttle. This private transfer made getting to the resort easy and seamless. Highly recommend booking a private transfer if you want a comfortable and hassle-free start to your vacation!

Great experience with Island Transfers and Tours! Very friendly driver, nice large, comfortable bus that accommodated all 10 of us. No stress .
Not only were the 2 drivers we had amazing, but they held the return trip for a week to make sure we could get off the island after the hurricane. I cannot stress enough that when the entire island was charging almost $200 one way, these guys held to their original price. Didn't try to negotiate or pull anything shady. Thank you.

We waited forever. Many people that came outside to the bus area way after us left. I asked several employees what was going on. Very frustrating.
