I would give the hotel a 10 out of 10. It is a great hotel, friendly staff, great food, a lot of activities.

Grat service no need to worry. I think $40 per person is a bit much each way but thankfully it was only 2 people

We had a wonderful driver that was very friendly. He explained some history of the area to us and answered all of our questions. His driving made us feel very safe.

Definitely if you are staying at Grand Paladium you need private transportation. Our driver knew everything about our scenic route since we are 40 minutes from airport
