Extremely easy to work with. Prior to us getting through customs, we were already in contact with our driver and knew what to expect. He also made a stop for us at the grocery store before heading to our hotel. The ride back was just as easy. I would highly recommend!!

I loved my experience! it was smooth & easy. the fee was reasonable for the distance so i would definitely book them again when i am back in jamaica! during my length of visit they kept me updated and checked in to make sure they had the right time for the departure pick up. the atmosphere was always clean, live, and they was a choice to play music!

I had alot of concerns when I booked since it was our first time going to Jamaica but Andre was very patient and addressed all of my convene very quickly. We had a smooth ride from the airport and an easy booking for the return. We had a great time and we would definitely use them again😁

Everything ran smooth. They had my name where I can identify them. They also text to ensure we was going in the right directions to meet. Our group felt safe with these guys. They showed us a good time and also they are a one stop shop. You can book excursion and anything else you need just ask and they will do it with no complaints. Aktiv transfer was very helpful during for our round trip transport to and from our resort and the airport. We had a little hick up because I booked the wrong trip (my hotel was in a further zone) and they contacted me to help adjust that. They were a pleasure to work with.
We are very appreciated office, and also we are glad to help any guest who makes an arrow or a mistake while they’re booking even if they don’t reach out just the same just to confirm the booking and note to them that they will be seeing us on pick up the only way we’re not there a lot of time is unless all our drivers are out but within less than 5 to 10 minutes, we will be sure to have a driver to be here which is on the company
Had a wonderful experience. Our driver, Melik, was so friendly and gave such an informative tour on our way to our destination and when we went on a tour to get some items and food. Was on time every time and even gave us some sight seeing information on our way back to the airport. Wonderful experience.
