It was great driver was on time and was very friendly had an awesome time!

The itinerary showed they will start and stop at banff avenue then lake louise but they did completely opposite started with lake moraine and the bathroom was really bad at lake moraine. The driver was nice though.

Overall an enjoyable trip as the locations visited are amazing.. only reason for the lower rating is that the trip wasn't fully as described so we didn't have the full time in each place. The driver was friendly but could have added some personal touches with more information on the places we were visiting

Our driver Kulwinder was super friendly,helpful and cooperative throughout the tour. He explained us very well and was very informative. Highly recommend.

The departure time was changed from 8:10 to 9:10, was received the day before via email. However, the email received on the day sent at 12:05 am said departure time is still 8:10. We were rushed to the pickup location before 8am, waiting while contacting customer service, no body answer the phone. Finally got email telling the time was 9:10. I think the conflict information is because the internal communication problem. Otherwise the trip went well.

Exactly what we wanted and needed! Got picked up from the Banff train station, had some time at Lake Louise, had some time at Moraine Lake, and got dropped off! Our driver Raj was helpful and friendly!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience on this tour. We were very fortunate with the weather, atmosphere, and our driver made the journey even more enjoyable by kindly explaining each destination, recommending the best photo spots, and even taking photos for us. For less than CAD 200 for two people, visiting Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Banff was an efficient and excellent-value option. In our opinion, it was much more convenient than arranging the entire trip independently by bus. Before the tour, we expected the driver’s role to be limited mainly to transportation. However, our driver went far beyond that expectation. He explained the places we visited, clearly told us why and where we were stopping, and helped us make the most of our time at each destination. This personal attention was one of the greatest strengths of the tour. Travellers need to communicate clearly with the driver and confirm their itinerary. Several shuttle companies and vans operate from similar pickup areas, so the exact starting point may initially feel unclear. Although the document stated that the pickup point was across from the bus stop, there were many Banff-bound vans lined up in the area. Fortunately, our driver actively looked for us and made sure that we did not miss the departure. It is also important to double-check the scheduled itinerary. We had booked a tour that included Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and approximately one hour in Banff. it was little bit crowded. but everything was good. When we arrived in Banff, some passengers from a different package got off, and the van initially appeared ready to return directly to Calgary. This caused some confusion. Another passenger had also experienced an unexpected schedule change and seemed not to have received clear notice that part of her original itinerary had been cancelled. It is important to understand that the drivers are mainly responsible for transporting and coordinating passengers from several different tour packages. They may not personally control all scheduling decisions made by the company. Nevertheless, our driver and his colleague handled the situation professionally. They discussed the available options, offered the other passenger a better alternative, and also gave us additional time to enjoy Banff. On the return journey, they were even kind enough to drop us off near our home in Calgary, which made the end of the trip much more convenient. Throughout the entire journey, we felt comfortable and safe. Unexpected situations can happen during any trip because of weather, traffic, or schedule changes. However, our experience showed that communicating calmly with these drivers can make a significant difference. They genuinely tried to help every passenger enjoy their limited and valuable travel time. We would gladly take this tour again with our family. Our main driver’s initials were R.S. We did not catch the name of his colleague, but both of them were very very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to these two wonderful gentlemen, we returned home with many precious memories. We sincerely hope to meet them again on a future tour.

This trip was definitely worth the money we paid. Manny was our driver and he was a great host. He was able to adjust the tour based on the weather conditions. It was easy to adjust because we were a small group. The places and sites we visited were worth the drive.

We had a wonderful day with Arnel and the other travelers- Arnel was so kind and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make this a fun, smooth, and memorable experience!
