Safe driver and on time but other pick up stops making it a bit longer ride than expected. If you are in a rush this is Not good for you

Bumpy, there is a second older style bus called Fairy Bus that they also use during busy times. The 9am pickup was almost on time but it said Fairy Bus so we didn’t know to get on but thank goodness the driver asked for us. 9am was a completely full bus.
Arrived late and I had to call the operator ABestX. Ultimately they did get us to the airport on time.

The shuttle we reserved and paid for never showed. I tried to contact the company directly and continued to go to voicemail. I emailed and only then did they respond that there was a mechanical issue and they wouldn’t be coming. Ended up spending $277 on a taxi from Banff to Calgary airport as a consequence. DO NOT USE!!!
No issues. Shuttle was on time and comfortable. Driver was friendly. Was expecting ABestX shuttle but was Fairy shuttle.
Traffic delayed but updated and all went well. Van had a few others from Banff to YYC. Easy to get to and from so no need for a rental car.
The bus never came . Nearly missed my flight . They cancelled my first ride at 8am day of. Arrived 20 minutes early for the 9 am and the bus never came. They gas lit me saying the bus came and I wasn’t there. Avoid this line at all costs . Pick a service with better reviews
