The experience was nice considering it was our first time. The operator was okay but my experience with Viator was terrible. I chatted with different persons online to make sure we see Moraine Lake and they assured me we will. This is after thanksgiving. I know lake Moraine will be closed but having assured they will take us there prompted me to go ahead with the tour. So we went but they didn’t take us to Lake Moraine. It was so disappointing since we could have gone to the other sites by our own with our own suv. We wasted more than $400 for something we could have done ourselves. I hope the Viator people won’t be misinforming customers. So so disappointing.
