I was happy this was a sprinter van rather than a large bus with tons of people. There were 12 of us total.
The transportation being organized for us was very convenient and I felt the time at each lake was a perfect amount of time! I also felt the price was good!

Excellent Shuttle Service
Our experience was great! The shuttle to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake was very convenient, and everything went very smoothly. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this service!

Excellent Tour
Neil is excellent driver and tour guide. We enjoyed the trip. The time spent at each place is exactly as advertised. Lake Louise is beautiful. We would like to spend more time there next time.

Amazing Shuttle Experience & Unexpected Upgrade!
We are two families from Squamish, BC, and we originally booked the shared shuttle tour for Moraine Lake and Lake Louise through Viator. We were already excited for the trip, but we were so happy when A-Best Transport upgraded our tour at no extra cost! 🤍
Because of the upgrade, we were also able to explore Emerald Lake and Johnston Canyon, which was such a wonderful surprise. Having the extra two hours gave us more time to enjoy these beautiful places and made our day even more memorable.
Our driver was also very nice, friendly, and accommodating. He was actually a fellow Filipino (“kababayan”), which made the experience feel even more special and comfortable 🇵🇭❤️
Everything was well organized, and we really appreciated the communication about the schedule change and the complimentary upgrade. It was such a great experience for both families, and we were able to see more beautiful places than we originally planned.
Thank you, A-Best Transport, for the wonderful experience and generous upgrade! We would definitely recommend this shuttle tour to anyone visiting Banff and the surrounding area. 🏔️💙

Disappointing
The experience was nice considering it was our first time. The operator was okay but my experience with Viator was terrible. I chatted with different persons online to make sure we see Moraine Lake and they assured me we will. This is after thanksgiving. I know lake Moraine will be closed but having assured they will take us there prompted me to go ahead with the tour. So we went but they didn’t take us to Lake Moraine. It was so disappointing since we could have gone to the other sites by our own with our own suv. We wasted more than $400 for something we could have done ourselves.
I hope the Viator people won’t be misinforming customers. So so disappointing.

Excellent service
Abdul was very helpful and the shuttle was way easier than worrying about parking at these very popular tourist sites.
