My confirmation time was correct but somehow got changed from 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Have documentation for all of this. No one meet me inside to help with luggage as documentation stated. My meeting place changed 3 times. No instructions/id instructions for car or driver. I called the company to get the car/driver information. Very unsafe! UBER gives you the car description and license plate. They should do the same. The car gas tank was on empty and low tire sensor for a 2 hour drive. The client shouldn't have to go to the gas station before their drive. The car should be gassed up and in running order for the contracted drive. The company took zero responsibility. It took several emails for them to say "sorry for your dissatisfaction" but never for not being ready. The drivers are contractors and use the company cars. This is a small local company, I really wanted to support them.

That's why we contacted you to clafiry. Later, you emailed us requesting an updated pickup time from 14:30 to 14:00 (2:00 PM), and we promptly amended the booking at no additional cost. As mentioned in our previous communication, we were monitoring your flight to ensure a smooth pickup. Our service team noticed that your flight had arrived earlier than expected and attempted to contact you by phone to confirm your arrival. Based on this, we decided to dispatch the driver earlier to avoid keeping you waiting until 2:00 PM, your updated pickup time. and our driver arrived at 1:45 PM, ahead of schedule. Before departing, the driver briefly stopped to refuel; this took less than a minute, and was necessary to ensure a smooth trip. We even provided him with cash to expedite the process. You departed the Calgary (YYC) airport around 1:50 PM, and we have GPS records confirming you arrived safely at your destination. We also provided a description of the vehicle and informed you that it would be a White Toyota Sienna and display the ABest Transport logo for easy identification. We truly value our clients and always strive to ensure that you reach your destination safely and comfortably. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or if our efforts fell short of your expectations. If the situation caused any discomfort, please know that it was never our intention. We're grateful to hear that you arrived safely. Rest assured, this will not happen again in the future. We had a lovely ride from the airport to our hotel in Banff. Our driver was lovely and he gave us recommendations on where to eat while in Banff. So far, we’ve gone to Three Bears and Earl’s - chef’s kiss!

our driver let us stop and get needed grocery supplies. he was so helpful and carried our things for us. we had a good experience getting to our hotel two hours away

Shuttle never showed up. Wasted a bunch of money on lyft to and from the crowfoot lrt station that I'll never see again. Currently contesting the ticket charge with my back as the company insists they showed up and even waited for me, so they won't refund me. This did not happen and I have the lyft receipts with time stamps to prove it. There are better options, STAY AWAY

Our driver , Manny was super nice and accommodating. He stopped at a convenience store for us. We also left a glove in the van after being dropped off at our hotel and Manny was so sweet to bring the glove to us!
