Something beautiful turned into a nightmare
My experience was a disaster. The App would not open and I could not contact anyone to help me, so I missed the visit at the same time. No one called me on the phone or asked me why I didn't go to the meeting point. My family and I were frankly disappointed

An amazing tour.
We had the tour with Janet on Wednesday, August 20. We really enjoyed the tour. Her expertise and knowledge about the museum, its origin and history were super. We learned a lot about the museum! It is worth booking the tour including the audio guide.

Good but nothing more
Remember to book before going there. We didn't do it so we ended up waiting in line for 1 hour.
Inside, apart from the large skeleton of a marine mammal, the rest is nothing special.
Still good to do to take a few photos.
