Matilda was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great introduction to the museum! We otherwise would have been lost.
Becky was the most amazing guide for this tour. She is a competent and knowledgeable guide with university degree. She was able to capture my son's attention (17 years old) for the entire duration of the tour, guiding us in seeing and understanding the most important highlights of the museum and their importance for the human history. Becky has also a very nice way to interact with the participants (loved her british humor) involving them in any explanation. At the end you feel you have learned a lot and have spend two wonderful hours! Not to be missed!

Today my family and I, including 3 grandchildren ages 9 to 14, took the semi private tour of the British Natural History Museum with Becky. It was by far the best experience we have had during our 5 day trip to London from the USA. Despite the crowds, Becky led us through the highlights of the museum offering information and insights while making the past relevant to the children and quite frankly to the adults as well. Thank you, Becky.
Becky was amazing. She brought to life a beautiful museum. Best two and half hours- she was knowledgeable, easy to follow, had a very well designed plan. It was lovely. She also had great suggestions for solo exploration of museum.
We had an amazing morning with Guy at the Natural History Museum! He's incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely funny. We learned so much while having a great time. An excellent experience all around!
Our guide, Guy V., made the experience both engaging and educational. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave special attention to the children when needed, patiently listened to their many questions, and provided clear, comprehensive answers. I strongly recommend having a guide to get the most out of a first museum visit—especially when visiting with curious children whose eagerness to learn can sometimes go beyond what parents can easily explain.
