At the reception, the hostess did not want to accept our reservation over the phone, telling us that it was not the correct QR code, even though there was a reservation and confirmation number, and she even told us that we needed to book through their organization!! Finally, after a quarter of an hour, the young man at the other register told him to let us in. Then, regarding the entrance fee, I paid 24 euros for entry instead of 19 euros at the ticket counter!!! Don't talk to me about making reservations online anymore!!
A well run & interesting ride through a facsimile of the caves. Nice break from the heat!
Very good experience. Tickets bought online: no waiting, direct visit. Very nice though almost soporific just after a good meal. After the visit there is still the museum part and the video on the discovery of Cosquer (9 minutes) is very nice to see. Very nice place just before the Mucem.

Beware scam if you take your tickets on the internet .. I did not pay attention but I booked two tickets to the cave cock and instead of paying 19 euros the adult fare I paid on the site 28 euros , this margin is a scandal and for teenagers 14 euros instead of 11 euros .. Emergency escape box city

Very poor communication on the spot, google indicates the location of the original cave. Can't communicate by phone. Site misinformed...otherwise satisfactory experience

Visit of the cave very pleasant especially on the visit system. We sit quietly in the car and listen to the audio guide. Very nice cave.

To complete my first opinion and after reflection, it would be a plus if a guide could be present at the end of the visit of the cave which would allow us to have the opportunity to ask questions. This person could intervene before the video in the amphitheater. In addition, a sign asks visitors to remain silent before entering the cave , which is very good (it allows us to imagine ourselves diving) but the staff would have to respect this silence which was not the case during our visit.
Very nice tour by small train, of the replica of the cave cosquer, with lights and explanations in the helmet very well done, ie to do! there is also a museum, with floor-to-ceiling windows quite impressive!

Avoid booking through Viator neither party could assist me and once they had the money really didn’t care. Thought about publishing their responses on here but it’s not worth continuing the drama
